Tips Caddell/White Hat Caming Sites

OK, I keep getting asked questions about which sites take UK players, can you get a SUB from more than 1 etc.....

The group is Caddell Limited N.V. (trading as White Hat Gaming addressed in London.)

I have played and taken SUBS from the bolded ones, and cashed out from about half of them no problems. The exception is Gday where I had my sponsored 5 DoA scatters video where I took no SUB.

The casinos all have the same games, same interface and banking system except Hello which is slightly different. You get the same e-mail requesting docs after first w/d - I have sent docs 5 or 6 times as a precaution although if I asked I'd probably find it unnecessary after I KYC'd at Gday.

The processor is therefore the same for all. The 48 hours pending can be less if you withdraw late on say Monday and it gets processed Weds lunchtime so about 36 hours. No weekend processing though, so like 32red you get 2 days extra added on pending. Once you submit docs you hear nothing unless a problem, and 2 days later you get an e-mail confirming the w/d is processed with a ref no.

I cannot see a term forbidding signing-up and get SUB at multiple sites - presumably as the SUB WR is 70xB or 35x D+B tied together.

I have had no aggro at all with any of them. The phone CS is also English people by the sound of them, which is good.

I think it does actually count - but at a 5x lower rate than other non-restricted slots. Therefore playing it on a SUB you would have effectively a 350xB WR.

20% wagering contributions is......atrocious. But then most don't play DOA to clear WR, surely it is in the hope of getting a massive hit and then moving onto another slot.

Sounds like a decent casino group though, might give one of them a shot. Bonus terms are best faced when someone else can live to tell the tale. High WR are insignificant in relation to good customer service and hassle- free withdrawals. Infinitely preferable to low wagering reqs and trying to get blood from a stone.
