Ive just been banned as well for bonus abuse.

I took up there offer for 100% bonus and 50 free spins if you deposit £30.00 on twin spins on six of there sites which I already have accounts with. They sent me a separate email for each site, so I never thought i be banned for abusing a bonus.

I made about £1000 from 2 of the sites in total and bang, banned from all.

My bet ranged from 0.40p to £1.00 a spin.

The main thing is they are going to pay me but can't help thinking I've been banned for winning with a bonus which they offered me on all sites!

It does say in the terms one bonus per IP/account but I would of thought this meant per casino.

Anyway I just brought some nice things with the money so there lost.

Why offer the bonuses if you take them you get banned from the whole group of casinos if you win.

Customer support are next to useless and the Management just mug you off with standard emails and do not answer your questions.

I think it's players who get their whole list of licensed sites and go round them taking SUBs and then move on to the next if they withdraw or cash it out. In other words they don't carry on playing once they've taken the bonus at any one casino, and they spot a pattern.
 
Could well be, funny thing is been members at these sites for years.

If they don't want you to play with a bonus then why send me emails offering it lol

I had two emails last week with £15 free on Thnderstruck II at Amsterdams Casinos and 21Casino each with a max win of £100.

Made a withdrawal from each after meeting wagering so expecting an e-mail now :(
 
You should still get the withdrawal as they are still paying me just banned my accounts.

Does seem a bit off when you have wagered the funds x35 times.

Had I not of won anything the would not of worried.
 
I had a quick £20 (no bonus - too much grief!) at 21 Prive last night. Got balance up to £50 and as it was late, submitted a withdrawal request. End of the day, profit is profit!

Earlier today, realising that withdrawals are 48 hours pending, I reversed (yes, me bad!) the withdrawal and carried on playing. Got balance up to £132, so now have a withdrawal in place for £100 which I will NOT be reversing! Thankfully the pending period and reverse withdrawal worked in my favour for a change! However, I much prefer places to lock withdrawals and pay quickly.

But per the nature of the previous comments, I am puzzled by their bonus issues as a bonus is offered on every deposit, so how is that classed as abuse when you are only accepting what they are offering?!?!?! The only bonuses I like are the ones from VS - majority are wager free and T&C's are nice and clear!
 
They are pretty useless group. I had made a withdrawal on the 11th and have contacted there support many times to ask if it's been processed. It not until today I found out they now require my documents which has never been needed before. They may of had them in the past but I can't remember.


Thing is they never told me this by email I had to find out through live chat 10 days after I made the withdrawal. I had already been told before that the payment has been processed!

We will wait and see what happens but I think they are stalling.

I'm glad they banned me but miss playing the blueprint gaming games.
 
So the latest

I sent my documents Monday to 21priv, goldspins and hello casino.

They all accepted my documents except for goldspins.

First they told me they where never sent so i sent the prove of delivery and now they saying my utility bill which is less than a month old is out of date.
21 priv and hello casino have accepted these documents.

I now got to wait another 48hrs so they can look at the same document i sent them on Monday.
Ive never come across casinos that give you so much grieve to withdraw. On top of that my withdrawal from Hello casino has now gone to pending even though I withdrew 2 weeks ago!

I would stay well clear of this group and would like to know how I could go about complaining about these casinos.

Worse thing is you cant contact them by phone its all live chat or email and every time you query something it takes them 2 days to come back with a answer. I have wasted hours on support chat and sending them emails for something that should be easy to resolve.

If so, how come it doesn't show on their website and that they are only owned by Caddell, or am I missing something? Is it the same for the other Caddell companies? Well that's not true whatsoever. I continued to deposit at every site daily(grandivy, slotscafe, playgrand, gdaycasino etc). The simple facts are they banned me because i was in profit in their whole group. This group simply cannot be trusted

Now I could see bonus banning a player who had been too lucky with bonuses, or only takes the best ones, but why on earth terminate the player's account? The casino now has no chance of the player losing some of the money back to them.
 
It saved me a reversal, even though so far only one of the three casinos has paid out.

Support is next to useless, I don't blame the support guys its just the way the casino is run.
 
Well GoldSpins have finally accepted my withdrawal and will be in my bank in 5 working days.

It's only taken 3 weeks!, I would not recommend playing with this group as the support is next to useless and the accounts team take ages to process anything.

I'm just glad i've been banned for taking bonuses which they offered me. Guess they don't like players winning.

I think some have just invested into a casino and let the umbrella do everything where some have there own input, but as we all know there are limits to what a casino can do as the head operation always has control

Sorry to hear that, I really do not really understand all this banning bull shit to be honest, who is doing it? Surely it must be the owner of the actual group and not each individual casino,

And thats the trouble when a casino open up under said name, yes most of the works done but also they say what you can and not do, Individual casino we should play at that run there own rules, not many of them left but of the top of my head casinoroom is one,

It is like allbritishcasino and there group bringing in the ban hammer, surley this must have affect on each casino ? Ok maybe allbritsh should not be a comparison due to they actually own each casino in the group but you get the idea,

I have nether liked to be told what I can and can not do, If I open up a casino under a group and than hear that people was not getting there sign up bonus I would pissed off,
