A couple of days ago, I got an email from Neteller that said I can't use my Net+ card in NZ any more. I stll can have Neteller account, and I can deposit into Neteller account, I can transfer funds to casino from Neteller account, but I can't use Net+ card any more. The email said I can use "bank transfer" to get the funds in my account.
Seriously? Only reason I use Neteller on online casino is I can access to my winning quickly, most good casino's withdrawal process with Neteller is really fast and I could use that money right away with Net+ card, Neteller's bank wire process time is 5-10 days, and most good casinos does bank wire transfer much quicker than that.
The casino does Bank transfer quicker than Neteller, there is no live chat on Neteller, and according to a few post here Neteller never respond the customer's email comparing to most casino has live chat and responds emails promptly which means there is no reason for me to use Neteller any more.
One thing I don't understand is to make people use Net+ card they don't need any financial establishment here, many people are using a credit/debit card that is issued overseas here in NZ. I really don't understand why they make this change.
Anyway, bye bye Neteller.
Hope they can close my account without much hassle.
