BuzzLuck Technical Problems?? Not a good start!

If a Rep from Buzzluck/Club World is reading this - When will I be paid winnings from Oct. 28th 500 USD Freeroll Tournament 167683? I can't get any sense out of Chat. All Oct. 28th tournaments were played successfully I presume because I can see the results. All Oct. 29th were cancelled because of technical issues. Oct. 30th seem to be playing OK. However, I still haven't been paid my winnings, and if I haven't, I presume no-one else has been paid either.

For some reason I have not been paid for the 10/30/11 freeroll tourney win. Maybe they treat and process the pay outs on tourney wins like a regular cash out? How long does it normally take for a cash out from this casino? A few days?
 
Its a new software and there is bound to be some teething problems. While CWC did themselves no favours in handling the introduction of Buzzluck so badly the tech problems is a totally different thing and IMO they can be excused this one time.

I dont believe this deserves being removed from the accredited list, but someone at the casino needs to get on these things. We can all understand that problems happen, but its all about how you handle the issue. There should be a plan B,C and D ready to go in the event of failure. It seems to me like this should have been solved rather quickly. I am sure its not too difficult for someone to go and manually add the winnings into the cashier. I do not believe that there is an issue with stalling or not wanting to pay. The casino is new and they probably have muliple issues. It probably comes down to poor management of handling issues. Heres the solution if I managed the casino. Please credit the winners and shut down the tourneys until we fix them. If you cant get to fixing tourneys today no big deal just make sure previous winners are paid.

I find this not seriously .. I asked in chat ... I also asked casino manager here .. but nothing ... if they spend all this time to pay only $ 500 how can they be serious?
 
I am also waiting on a tournament payment from the 10/30 500 freeroll (think the date is correct - the Alaska slot one).

To be honest, I can't see what technical problem could hold up the payment of tourney wins. They just put dollars in your account. It's not like we are depositing/withdrawing.

I do feel that someone from CW should come on here with an explanation as silence from a casino only exacerbates the problem making the casino seem like it's dodging the players.

you're right ... but the days have passed and the money there are no losers ... we speak of two tournaments $ 500! how is it that can not be given manually? This seems a serious matter? a serious casino?
 
Anyone received their tournament winnings yet? I tried to contact Chat just now but nobody was home. Not a good sign for a new casino.
 
I have 3 tourney winnings that I haven't been paid on either. I also get no results from chat. I finally asked them if they weren't going to pay out the winnings, to at least credit my deposit back, but they said no can do. I too don't understand why they just can't add them manually since it is clear on the leader board who won what. Just have to wait and see.

You are so funny! Wouldn't you know that the first time I win something more than a penny in a tournament, I have to wait and wait and wait on the money. Dang snatch it!
 
Me have not been paid.

This could be due to someone who could make decisions, but actually didn't make the decision. Or possibly, it was someone in the management team of the casino who didn't understand the fact that they had offered several free roll tourneys, that those free rolls would result in winners, and that the winners would actual be wondering where the winnings were. Let me add, quickly wondering where the winnings were.

I am very confused though. When you host a tourney, doesn't one realize that the most of the players will know they won something and would be checking their accounts and jumping on chat with CS frequently to ask about the winnings?

Why would anyone (if one was in the casinos shoes) set themselves up with problems? I enjoyed playing the games. Everything about the casino has RTG all over it and it appears that they may still have issues with the bundling up of different softwares. Who knows.

I kinda compare this situation to a manager of a group of people at a business. The manager talks alot with their subordinates, and forgets exactly what they had speciffically told the employee(s) about things they were going to do, raises they would give, or whatever was said. Many managers find out later it is absolutely critical to your relationship with your employees to remember exactly what you (as a manager) may have promised when it affects the employee personally, financialy, etc. Nearly every employee will remember almost word for word what was promised. If it was a raise, the employee may be thinking (once an hour or more while working) how much more money they have just made in that one hour. Many managers have learned not to promise anything.

Well, not to be too harsh, but it's possible the casino may have to learn this very important item the hard, less profitable way.

In case I wasn't clear: the casino communicated the offering of a tourney, players responded to the stimuli, some players won. Players remember what was promised, ask, and hear nothing.

To me it is the principal, not the $2 bucks. Okay, it's the $2 bucks. :D

While you are checking, there was a very large ($5000) buy-in tournament in the emails sent out, which some players had entered and paid for, which was taken down shortly after it started. It was a guaranteed prize pool, and those winners need to be paid too. This was a fee tournament, not a freeroll.

I agree binshakin... its the principle AND the cash. I won $50 in the October 30 tourney; and was told later that day that they 'were trying to pay out all winners within 48 hours.' It has been 48 hours.... ...wait for it.... wait for it..... ..... NOW! I refrained from posting anything until the stated period had elapsed, and now that it has; I think Iwill mosey on down and 'Buzz' support and see if they can unkill my 'Buzz'....

PS: this post would have been a lot cooler :cool: if I felt comfortable putting 'damd' in the title !!! (this being my first post n all)

Yes, unfortunately we are having some technical troubles with the slots tournaments.

There was a major malfunction over the weekend that meant that the $5000 tournament and most of the free rolls had to be cancelled. I was able to manually credit the winnings through for all the players affected by cancelled tournaments. The knock on effect was that the system that automatically credits the winnings through to the winning players also stopped functioning. As soon as we are able to fix these issues all the winnings will be credited through to player accounts affected on tournaments showing as completed.

I realise that this delay is frustrating and I do apologise. We are working as fast as we can to fix this and we have also cancelled all the tournaments for the rest of the week and the next set of free rolls guarantee events scheduled for the weekend

Maybe it's just my thinking that's odd, but how do you have WINNERS for CANCELLED tournaments...? :confused:

Everyone is on the same score before a tourtnament starts...zero. Therefore they were all in joint first place when it was cancelled.... first prize for evereyone :):confused::eek:
 
Thank you for the update Tom.

I always appreciate it when a representative clears things up, since it keeps the speculation to a minimum.
