BuzzLuck - New CW group casino

Is this REALLY new software that has been put together by some ex RTG programmers who have decided to branch out on their own, or is the whole thing actually fully owned and developed by RTG themselves.

The software download exe is signed by "Hastings International B.V." when you install it. Hastings is the owner of RTG. Some of the graphics are identical to the RTG games, in particular the "feature guarantee" spinner thing that you see when you decide to try to win the feature early. The words "sister company" were used in my conversations with an RTG affiliate manager. If it isn't RTG, it is another company owned by RTG's owners, so for all intents and purposes it is RTG.

NuWorks, new and exciting software.......PFFFFFT!!

What a joke, RTG all over again, just played on a $75 low rolling, not one feature, there are a million RTG's to play at, kind of an insult to insinuate "new never before seen games".

So you're trashing a new casino and software based on losing $75 in one session?

IMO that is incredibly unreasonable, especially the part about being "insulted"....the games ARE all new (they were previously not available anywhere) so the casino is absolutely right in stating as such.

So why the need to lie about it all, when the truth seems pretty mundane and nothing to worry about.

They have triggered "conspiracy theories" through multiple "cloak and dagger" actions throughout the procedure for introducing NuWorks to the market, yet all it seems to be is a major revamp of RTG, no different really from the big jump when Microgaming made the move from Thumper to Viper download clients - except MGS were much more open, and advertised Viper as a major upgrade which was rolled out steadily across all operators. At the time, there was a mix of Thumper and Viper casinos, often from the same operator.

Not much different here, a mix of NuWorks and "bog standard" RTG at two operators, no doubt the start of an expansion that may even see old RTG completely replaced by NuWorks clients.

They are most ceratinly not a "new software" start up that is competing with RTG.

From the sounds of it, the initial NuWorks sounds like a bunch of RTG games that differ only in the graphics in the same way that Ladies Nite differs from Thunderstruck in Microgaming.

Its now my turn to feel the brunt of your ignorance. Read what I said, its RTG, there is nothing new and exciting about it. Now get lost, there is nobody more annoying or confrontational within this whole forum than yourself.

While the individual games might be new, there isn't anything that different about them from the usual RTG. Different graphics, a few different features, but a lot of the same sound effects, same look and same feel to RTG. IMO, they could have just added the new games to any already operating RTG and no one would get that excited and it wouldn't be met with other announcement other than it's just new games.

Nothing really unique or that special about them.

Looks like RTG, plays like RTG, some identical graphics same cashier, coupon redemption, terms, etc.

The games are new games. I haven't played every last one of them.

I'm sure they have their reasons for not just incorporating a new group of NuWave slots under a separate expanding heading like "Real Series Slots". Probably to require existing operators to pay additional licencing fees.

Corporations often split into different divisions to minimize taxes and/or limit potential losses.

I made a $50 deposit, got the $60 bonus, and I played for hours and hours, mostly at 50cents to $1. I had quite a number of 100x wins, some real duds of bonus rounds too, and some games I really enjoyed the features on.

I didn't like the Video Poker... not because of how I did, but because of the interface. Very slow to pop up a win, and awkward to double or collect.

Played a little 3Card. Game actually played too fast for my taste, I kind of like to watch the cards flip up.

Got down to about 20 percent of my wagering left, and hit a bad run I didn't recover from. Had around 10 percent of the wagering left when I busted out.

Would I play again?

You betcha.

Buzzluck

I think this is very original casino, with new games. I love the game "babushka"
But i think is tight like every rtg, going down from 120 us to 0 in 20 minutes, bet 50cents.
I made 300usd in deposits and never being close to made playtrough
So i ask for account close.
Im waiting for the support to ask my email.

Anyway, it was good to try in a new casino

The biggest thing preventing you from winning is taking a bonus on every deposit...the terms are not good at all and you're almost certain to lose.

Seems premature to close your account on the basis of a few bonus-attached deposits, but its your account I guess.

Actually the sign up bonus terms are very good since they allow everything except tournaments (which they don't offer ). Blackjack, video poker and other table games are at 60%.

My problem is I really like slots. That, and a bad run at RedDog.;)

I am not a huge card player, but I did like the 3 (only?) versions of video poker. They played to me about the same as RTG. I absolutely hated that double or collect deal. At least on max bet at RTG you can just ignore it and hit deal. I wish all of those PITA pop ups could be turned off.

As far as the slots, I don't think the graphics are bad, but the bonus guarantee always ticks me off. It is random, right? So how can they have you "pay extra" to promise a bonus round? I don't get it at all and you can not turn it off either, minimum 5 cents. And, I like 20 line slots. Theirs are all 25 and 50 line, with one 9 line slot? Strange.

Fiddling around, I would probably play there again. If the high variance slots keep being nicer to me than the medium variance, that is! :D

Hi Nifty, i know that taking bonus in every deposit is not the best thing to do, but i have a limited budget, so i try to make every penny count. However, im gonna take your advise and maybe try another deposit without any bonus, lets see what happens.

Buzzluck still dont answer to my email, so maybe i give another chance to buzzluck.
I repeat, i think s a very cool casino, the games are amazing...

:)

People who hate RTG should just avoid this casino, its really just a bunch of free games with slightly newer ideas that end up feeling the same.

I deposited $700 so far, played $1 bets and got nothing significant in return. Highest I got being 60x bet from normal play.

I thought hmmm, maybe I'm just unlucky, so I went on fun mode, played $999999 credits and literally grinded in turbo speed to try to get something big but still no luck in 2 hours :p

Considering I won $3.5k AUD in the B&M in Brisbane and $2k at 32red just recently, I didn't want to waste any more of that money and just uninstalled the casino too :)

New Games to play, Thank God........

No trouble signing up, all the same Chat Support Persons and was told if club world already has my docs no need to resend them.

Cant remember the exact name but the "Circus Clown" slot is a good payout and fun to play, hits bonus round frequently and "earth, wind, fire"(not sure of name) pretty good payout. Played them all but no big wins except the circus themed game.

Not Bad

I too have played most of the games. Lots of play time low rolling. I had no problems downloading, signing up or with chat. I like the new games and so what if it looks like RTG, its all new. Almost every slot has a unique feature in addition to free spins and very few of my bonus round have been duds. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it an 8.

Hmm

No problems with the download or CM bonus but I am not sure I like the software= Not enough VP for me and there is no way to switch off the double up option in VP which seriously slows it down.

Navigation is a bit clunky especially when listing slots or trying to get game details. Tried some of the slots but none really grabbed me. Can't see myself choosing this over old style RTG

Cheers

I played a few games and it is going to take some getting used to. It is not nearly as smooth as the original RTG. I HATE slots that have animations after every spin and you can't spin through it like Treasure Chamber in the original.

Here is another fail for Buzzluck. I received this email on Friday and was very interested in the $5000 , $1 buy in tournament that RUNS ALL WEEKEND! here is the text from that part.

$5000 Launch Party Tournament

We are kicking things off and showcasing the incredible new array of games at BuzzLuck.com with an amazing $5000 tournament! Buy-in for just $1 and you could be spinning your way into your share of the $5000 cash prize pool! The tournament is running all weekend so you have no excuses to miss this one.

I log in , look in the tourney and dont see it. Go in to live chat , which was very nice , and they check on it and say it only ran for one day. WTF? I intentionally waited until Sunday to play this and it is over? geezzz. I guess I found an excuse to miss it. What a joke.

I paid to play this tourney. It was to run another day plus when I played, there were only a few players (under 50) at that time. A few hours later, it had disappeared entirely, and was not in my enrolled tab. If my dollar was refunded, it was during play and I didn't notice. I'll have to check my cashier.

Same here

I too was enrolled in the tournament and did not play yet and did not get my dollar back. If I'm not mistaken, it was listed as a 2 or 3 day tournament. Come to think of it, all the tournaments from the 29th are gone!

It is safe to say the entire release was a Charlie Foxtrot from the get go. It doesn't help that the software isn't special either. But hey, they got the software out there before JC. You have to give them that. So what if they directed their customers to Palace of Chance for live help with their questions and the special introductory tournaments mysteriously vanished. Since no one has come in here to explain it can only be assumed they don't give a rats ass AND they don't have a clue.

I played at BuzzLuck yesterday and today - had some good luck, but not enough games to keep you interested. Also, played in a couple tourneys and didn't receive the payout. When I asked via chat yesterday, they said they are working on getting this money into my account. Haven't seen it yet. Sounds like they have a few bugs to work out. :)

Well, I will be the contrarian here (to your post). I *Like* BuzzLuck.
But I agree they probably rushed to roll it out a bit soon. The tourneys didn't work as advertised and it took a few days for the Comp points to be playable despite accumulating.

But overall I like it. Not as an exclusive one stop gambling place, but as an alternative and to spice things up a bit. Some of the slots are closer to B&M slots than anything I have experienced before.

I like the novelty of Buzzluck as a change of pace for us on a limited diet here in the US. The fact that it is part of CWG makes me feel confident I will get paid. I have tried many of the games and some are silly renditions of old RTG ones and I dislike paying for the "Feature Guarantee" on some. But then I just avoid those.

Nice to have more choices from a quality casino group that is open to US players.

Diane

Buzzluck????

I arrived at the tournament in second place $ 500 .. I did not have the money you won ... Now chatting I said they are experiencing technical problems! The tournament was played by 675 people! such as technical problems? if they want to fool me have the wrong person! I do not like this thing and I told them that my win tomorrow's issue:mad:
