Buzzluck - Great CS, Low Returns

Have to say how polite and helpful Buzzluck customer service is, but then again thats how you draw people in and I think I fell for it. Took advantage of the Casinomeister sign up having read so many good things and the proactive visits of the reps to this board I decided to take the plunge

I even reached playthrough on the second of my 4 small deposits (only had 0.17c in my account though lol)and was also treated to a 25 euro freebie too for pointing out a glaring error in their CM terms and conditions. So for stakes totalling 195Euro including trhe bonuses I have worked out a payout percentage of 80.1%, now bearing in mind I made playthrough on one of the deposits you can work out what happened to the others.

The questions that I ask myself are, a) was I just unlucky, b) am I alone in having such a low return or c) are those slots set at the lowest of the low.

Right now it seems most rtg are tight. Many back to back deposits at cw and not once got over my initial balance. No bonus used here and I play just slots but games are so tight. Few games I gave 50 spins to and 49 of them paid 0.
I really thing real time should take a closer look at how tight these games are playing or they are going to loose more and more depositors if they keep this up.

Well I think this is a very small amount of wagering to make any rash judgements about payout percentages. You had an ordinary session, and Ive had far worse at other casinos. If you expect a 95% return on every session you need to give up slots

Deposited 20 euros got a match bonus using coupon Vortran and cashed out 94 euros playing mostly slots. Briefly hit 140 in the midst of playthrough.

on the weekend i was given a 20 free chip with NO!! playthrough for the jacko trivia from them, it came along with a 200 max cash out.

as i was down to 5 i hit around 135 on paydirt during feature..

received my funds today.. their processing and customer service is really unique and second to none i experienced yet..

it was the third time i cashed out at buzzluck and the quality of their service was always this damn good

so you see you can win there for sure.. and as you said you already reached playthrough once but just missed a good hit to cash out.. happens..

they also have fair wagerings on their bonusses and their bonusses are cashable.. unlike many others!!

so just give them a try again iam sure sooner or later youll see why they have such a good reputation yet..

I didn't mean to imply dishonesty in my post. I was just trying to suggest at least turn the payouts up a bit to give us a feeling of having a chance at something. I will not be deserting them because as someone pointed out it the payout was only calculated on 195 and around 2000 spins. I will however start to play it like I play at Inet and that is without bonuses (except managers monthly bonus).

Didn't mean to hang the casino and there was some positivity in my original post. It just seemed I didn't get the game time I have been getting at Inet in recent months. Lets see how it goes, and I am sorry if I have upset anyone (thats my account marked lol)

here you see thats really just your badluck! ;-) i made some deposits at inet few days ago and the payout was like crap for me.. never hit anything ever at inet .. you see luck comes and goes..

but i still think inet is a good place but without luck for Me yet ;-9

I had 22 deposits straight without a cashout or nice win at buzzluck. Very few/low bonus wins. But that's just my bad luck and the way it goes with RTG sometimes.

In my opinion this has nothing to do with the casino, it's how RTG slots work.
They are very very streaky, when you are on a bad run they will slaughter you. And most of the time they will.

Sometimes however they can be very nice to you as well, just check the winner screenshots to see what I mean.

If I understand correctly, the 50% match bonus are prizes you get for placing 6-10 in the Slots Hero tourney. A week ago, I was pleasantly surprised when they added 10 Euros for placing 5th in this tourney though I didnt even know I had entered. You make a valid point though especially if you already have some 100% matches so what's the use of 50%. Maybe Steve or Alex could look into this and replace them with 150% matches up to $50?

In my opion buzzluck is the best casino around.

A 50% bonus may not be much to you considering you do have 2 100% bonuses but if someone who has no bonuses available a win like that could be something nice to them.

No return for this person or that person could just be plain old bad luck. I've deposited 10-15 times for about a total of 700 euros but have withdrawn maybe 4 times that. It all just depends on your luck on that day.

Believe me sometimes after i've lost a deposit pretty quick i wonder to myself am i that unlucky or am i being screwed somehow. But in the end it comes down to plain old luck nothing more nothing less.

No usa right now, they do have live reps when they are online(guess they need rest like we all do) email response is usually very fast and am not sure about the telephone i've never had to use it.

Not giving up on the casino just yet even though my cash back allowance and small gesture from steve gave me a little under a 50% return I seem to get decent game time at another RTG regularly although nothing big but my $30 deposit worked its way up to $90 which did ineveitably go back, but at least I got features and game time. I have decided that for now it will be one or two visits a month but at present Buzz will stay below a couple of others in my preference list. Who knows though what the future will bring however.

As for the other concerns about the runner up prizes, the prizes go out to anyone that ends up in 6th through 10th place. I understand that they are not as nice as the 100% codes you received from your welcome bonus, but that is a special one time offer. The 50% codes are extras, meaning that now you have 3 codes that you can use on your next three reloads.

But let me take a look at it and see if we can't improve the prizes to satisfy a larger crowd. And it always helps when players make recommendations on what they'd prefer to win and we'll see if we can do it for you.

It's still a rather new tournament, only in it's second week.

As for your entry into the tournament, we designed it so that all slots players are entered, as long as they spin a slot >25 times during the qualified day. It doesn't oblige you to anything, just gives you another reward for going about your usual business at Buzzluck. Most players actually appreciate this and are pleasantly surprised, a la chuchu59.

Sorry Steve, I happen to agree here with the tournament prizes. I deposited and played all weekend, at least 2 days straight before finaly busting out and to receive an email congratulating me that I had won a 50 % deposit coupon in a tounament i spent the best part of 40 odd hours playing in is to be honest insulting.

Lets be frank here for a moment, a 50 % deposit coupon is not anything special and is available pretty much from any RTG casino at ANY time. I receive 50 - 75 % deposit coupons EVER day in my mail from one RTG casino or another, quite often 100 % and higher too. Jackpot capital for example has just given me 4 x 100 % deposit match coupons for the month of July, so if the only time you can offer 100 % deposit match bonuses is on a sign up your going to have problems further enticing people in. I know i wont be trying to `place` in your weekend tournaments anymore, prizes just aernt worth it.

This is probably the only major critisism I have with Buzzluck however, exceptional service and very generous and loose slots ( at least until i got into 80 % of the wagering requirements lol ) and Brian is amazing with his free quizes and constant support but as for your bonus offers and tournaments, you come very low down the ranking in my eyes.
