Seems like a solid place. Played the sub. No experience how withdrawal goes, but everything else has gone smoothly. No wins as of yet. This doesnt tell much, but i dont see any red flags with this net-ent casino. Could become the next guts or verajohn . Or then again not since they only have net-ent games, but i dont mind i like net-ent.

Yes, I think Buck & Butler has the potential to become a great casino.

They currently only have NetEnt and a few games from OMI but they should add some exclusive slots soon. Another thing is that they are planning on introducing some of the huge american lotteries on their site during the autumn.

One thing to notice is that they have a max €10 000 profit-rule when playing on a bonus. This is a rule I have advised them to remove, so hopefully they will do it.

I personally do not mind a rule like this when playing as I will bet accordingly, but it is not a good rule and should be removed.

Had the same problem. Was told to clear my cache and cookies but didn't work. I think they are still trying to work out the kinks.

Managed to successfully register now. Had to reselect my country and then the region dropbox would appear, which was required to complete the registration process.

Just received my withdrawal of over £1000. Withdrew it on Friday so pretty quick as Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Very impressed with the site. Would be good if they could add some more slots

Buck & Butler has now removed the €10 000 max profit (when playing with a bonus) -rule, so that is great. Way to go B&B

Also. They are launching a sports-book section next week.

Not very happy with Buck & Butler

A little rant.. not sure if B&B made a honest mistake or is intentionally luring their customers to deposit with bogus offers.

I got email offer week ago from Buck & Butler for 100% bonus. I deposited and did not get any bonus. Live chat then said that the email offer was about first deposit welcome bonus and it was send to me by mistake because I already have done that bonus. The thing was that the email did not say anything about welcome bonus, so I could not know I have already used it.

Live chat did not much help so we changed some emails with support. They admitted that the mistake was on their part but still offered only 30% bonus to compensate. I did not take the lesser bonus, because I felt that would be exactly what they lured me to do, so I went to withdraw page.

But, there was 3€ fee for withdrawing, so I asked support to allow me to withdraw for free since the mistake was on their side. I asked this last sunday and again on tuesday and still haven't got reply..

I know it's only 3€ but for me this is matter of principle and customer rights.

They certainly had the 10,000 max cashout back a few month ago. At the moment I can not find it in their terms. I don't know what to make out of that.
B&B is really fine to play at - made a couple of successful withdrawals which were processed in reasonable time.

I've never seen any casino with such bad language.

won 160€ on this casino on friday and made withdrawal to skrill. Documents sent same day. yesterday they asked again for more documents i sent everything perfect quality. No response. Livechat is useless they cant even contact the verification department. They just say that i will get an email when the finance department will check documents but seriously you need 2 minutes to check them and its 2 days since i sent all documents. Livechat says they do payments on weekends, also on sunday, but no response from them. 3 days now for a little e wallet withdrawal, who knows how much longer i have to wait lol... Are the people who check documents and make payments sleeping? you need 3 minutes for that...
