Hello to the BTG rep.... I have sent you PM's on a couple of occasions, but perhaps with the current server situation you guys are facing you aren't exactly in a position to communicate with the certain flood of messages, so I am just putting this here in the hopes you will see it and respond.

Last year, you excluded Canada from playing BTG games after a long period of myself and oodles of other canuckleheads enjoying the hell out of them!
At the time, your response was that Espace Jeux (Quebec) and the BCLC (British Columbia) already have access, and that for Ontario specifically we should expect to see some titles "In 2019", via PlayOLG.

Since then, you haven't added any other titles than Bonanza, Queen of Riches, and one other title in Quebec, so basically stopped growing your library, and I have spoken with the OLG folks a couple of times, and they deny even being in talks with you guys about bringing BTG titles to us.

This is an email I recently got, to confirm.

Hi James,
We are following up regarding your recent inquiry on future games.
There are no current plans in place to offer these games; however, your feedback is appreciated and has been forwarded to the appropriate business area.
Thank you for your interest in our products.
Regards,
Emilie

At any rate, it seems whatever plans you had, have vanished. Could you please re-consider allowing your games to the Canadian market?
NetEnt recently did so....allowing Casinos to once again allow us access to all their games. Perhaps charge the casinos a fee specific to Canada, not sure how all the negotiations work, but sure would love to have BTG again!!!

slotmaster, this was a promised follow up email, haven spoken to a manager in the relevant department. This email was simply the information trickling back down to me via the CS channel.

The biggest mistake is that a fantastic series of slots by BTG has now been dumped on SG's platform
All.yoy.get now is hundreds and hundreds of dead spins huge disappointments from features and loss after loss just look at all the videos of players online and so many not happy with most if not all of BTG slots and if you look at the area date it all.started it was when they moved on onto SG it went downhill also now not to mention the laggy play/crashing/egg timer now appearing
Please please BTG get off the and I will always say it profit greedy SG platform as clearly it's rigged and so.rhings not right with there systems
So I think it's doing you a favour not having BTG games in Canada as you will fall on the dreaded loss cycle many are suffering since they moved onto SG

Sadly, I think BTG actually think people play on the provincial online casinos - because it is not the case. I know Quebec and BC have much better provincial online casinos than Ontario, but BTG would be missing out on the remainder of the provinces that I don't believe have one.

Unless the end goal here is to get into the land based casinos because otherwise this makes very little sense to me.

Helfast they just launched the first BTG slot in Ontario..Battleship. At the end of the day i just want White Rabbit and Bonanza back...in any form on whatever platform

The support on Espace Jeux is clueless, dumb and harsh.

They don't know what a provider is.

The government really suck at running an online asino... no loyalty... crap providers... laggy on purpose for the 3 seconds law

The only good thing is lighting fast bank withdrawals but at what cost. Oh.. and losing on 3 BTG slots.

Whilst we're here and the BTG rep is about, I wonder whether you could check your lost property office for me please when you get 5 minutes?

I'm currently missing a 'D' a 'T', one of a set of three red hearts and one of a set of three 24 carat golden donut earrings.

Thanks in anticipation.....

What exactly do you want me to answer here?

Well, you could answer the original question at the top for starters....lol

Since Bonanza, DHV and White Rabbit don't seem to be in the works via the Govt channel here, could you guys not pull a NetEnt and re-enter the Canadian market via the existing casinos that previously had those games offered to us? We just want to give you our money!
