I saw in another thread someone mentioned something about a loading game issue for BTG and the error had to be fixed by BTG. Lately on the casino I've been playing in I can't load up bonanza, every other game is fine but I get a 'general error has occurred' on Bonanza. Raised it with their support who did the usual tell me to clear cookies, restart router, browser etc which I've done. Have tested on multiple devices and it's the same issue. They said the game is opening fine for them so I'm pretty sure it's related to a stalled session or something like that, they say they've raised it with their technical team but just wondered if anyone else had a similar issue and how it got resolved?
