This is not a good subject but I have to try to find out if it is a regional or world wide problem?

I have been unable to make any deposits at any RTG sites that offer Bitcoin as a method of depositing.Over the past 3 days I have tried at all of the RTG sites that offer BTC as a method of depositing fund's into your casino acct's.

I have of course made contact with the CS at all of the casino's in question and they are acting kinda stand-off-ish?censored This is to say that they are offering the standard answer's to what we here in the US have become used too.
Try again later in a few hour's we have out tech team working on the problem NOW!Please don't hate the messenger, but this sound's strangely familiar. We all remember the double talk with the card pay fiasco.

If any one out there has encountered these or other problem's with the BTC method at any of these or any other RTG casino's please respond. SLOTOCASH/UPTOWNACES/SLOTASTIC.

As there was for a time yesterday a problem with re-downloading these sites to solve the BTC problem I spent the entire day yesterday trying to recover a lost casino.:puke:

And then finally got it done with a different browser and still no BTC deposit, Sad long day and very frustrating. Today more of the same? Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff

I've deposited no problem with BTC at cafecasino.lv (a bovada group casino, so not straight rtg) and also casino extreme. Casino Extreme had a popup the other day that their automatic btc system was down, and gave a temporary address to send btc to, and that deposit went through w/out a hitch.

Good luck, always frustrating when you want to play and get stopped. Trust the Universe just didn't want you to bust. ;)

Hi,

I did one the other day, the 2nd, and the casino said the are "showing" as a transfer to their

account but not "technically" posting. I do have the confirmation that I sent the funds.

The casino said they could see it in "pending" in their account and they credited my account.

I haven't tried another one yet. Oh, and it was not an RTG site.

My first thoughts were "Well, here we go again..... another lost deposit option".

Hopefully I am wrong!

Just when the USA players were enjoying a good way to deposit and with draw. I would not be surprised seeing how things are going :eek2:.

I received a payout from JC via BTC and then was able to transfer that to my Upaycard. It went smoothly. That was yesterday.

I know that it can take up to an hour for it to go through, though. Sometimes instant but more often than not, it takes up to an hour.

Out of curiosity what happens when you try to send the BTC to the casino from your wallet? Does the Wallet give an error and not allow you to send to the address or do your funds just disappear into cyber space never to be seen again.

I use Circle and have sent BTC to a few different sites (not RTG) over the weekend without issue. Maybe the issue is with your wallet provider???

Just a head's up - circle (or coinbase) will close accounts for gaming transactions, or so the rumor goes. Best to buy your btc there, then transfer it to an independent wallet like blockchain. You lose a dollar or so in the process, but better that than having your btc in limbo.

Here's my honest guess, and this is only a guess.

BTC for online gaming isn't going to die anytime soon. I can see that already.

What may have happened if anything, if a provider that did perform transactions for these online casinos ran into issues. It could have been because they were located in a country where the feds could track them down and hold them accountable for allowing US citizens to deposit into a casino. Even though technically it wasn't in there own fiat currency. That or they ran out of funds while performing these transactions. Believe it or not some BTC operations aren't well funded. Which is why you need to make sure you know what company your working with when you perform these transactions.

Yet after all of that talk, I do know from time to time BTC providers do have glitches. Probably one that'll be sorted in a few days. Just give it some time. Hell Casino Extreme for a bit had an issue with there BTC provider and automated transactions. Took them about a week, then everything went smooth sailing again.

I had problems a few days ago at both Uptown and Sloto, I ended up trying again later after closing out my browser and clearing my cache and it worked fine (1 Hour later).
I even sent the problem I was having to sloto support email, I've heard nothing back about the possible cause. The issue cropped up again so I just deposited at Casino Extreme instead.
My guess is the processor is having problems.

The issue I was having is after you type in the amount the page would normally redirect to the QR Code for BTC Deposit, but instead it would Say 404 Not Found NGINX.

I also had the same problem on Mobile too.

googobucs, This what I have run into as of this posting. I'am trying to deposit from the casino's own BTC acct. That when you activate the link in the casino's cashier it redirect's to a page that generates a code complete with a bar code also and I simply copy the code given and then go to my Circle acct. and send the fund's out.

I just tried again at SLOTOCASH and it only get's to the redirect and then it stall's?I have been in touch with the CS at all of these casino's and they have stated that the tech's are on it? But it appear's that they still do not have it in hand.

I have signed into my Circle acct. and have money there so since the problem appears to be at the casino cashier I have no choice but to wait.If my Circle acct. was closed I dare say log in would not be possible.
If anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated to please post or PM me.Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff
