BritainBet.com banned me, hasn't paid out my withdrawals

So I signed up at the weekend, 25th march, and I deposited 3 times via my verified Skrill Account, £50, £350, and £400.

I susequently verified my account with Passport and utility bill and a screenshot of my Skrill account, and was asked further for an image of me holding my identity, which I did and was verified.

I win £3900, and withdrew this on Sunday 26 March.

The website clearly states all withdrawals will be processed and paid within 1 business day.

Well it’s now Wednesday and my withdrawals are all pending. I recieved an email saying my email address has been banned from all their sites and not to make any accounts as I have been banned as a business decision.

My withdrawals have not been processed, if I contact live chat I am told there is no update and I will be informed via email when there is, however this is no timeframe, and then I’m cut off. They won’t give any more information.

I don’t know what to do. I have never been in this position before.

Any ideas?

I haven’t done anything wrong at all.

Hey! Can you let me know if you eventually got your money please? Im in a similar position and it’s stressing me out

Insofar as the player's complaint here at Casinomeister goes all the casino would say to the player was "The decision previously provided to you stands and is final." Their only recommendation -- which we passed on to the player -- was to go to the "designated ADR" for official arbitration.
