Hi Guys,

do some of you experience the same issue on the Redbet brand Gold Club Casino, if you promote ?

Since the update from Boss Media in June, it tracked nothing more.

No downloads, no registrations since 3 months. Of course i asked redbet management but they have also no satisfied answers, because the problem lies on Boss Media.

The registration form isn’t linked and none can open it, we have tested several times, also through our members and players with different systems.

You can also not convert your comp points or will get an email if you have forgotten your password.

Redbet say to us that Boss told them all is working and all must activate Java, because they have integrate the code for registration form into Java (before html).

Most of us use Java but it don’t work. How can it be ?

Must we assume that CC makes pressure to Boss ?

It’s also a financial loss where Boss Media is responsible for.

I believe also that it takes not more long that Gold Club will have Boss Media as software provider.
