Bonuses & Mr Smith Casino

Hi

Mr Smith Casino informed me some time ago that they would no longer be offering bonuses (on a temporary basis I thought) but I'm now starting to wonder if it's the beginning of the end for these guys.

They haven't added any new slots for a while and my new players/signups are starting to dry up.

Anyone have any info about what might be going on there before I dispense with them completely?

I believe that they are part of a huge set up, namely the Betsson group

They will not be calling it a day in general, possibly for that particular 'skin' but again that would surprise me also.

Their 'flagship' / main casino is Betsafe who offer regular bonuses of various descriptions, including an attractive SUB (sign up bonus)

they removed the bonuses for new players at the end of August, havent heard anything from them in regards to this changing, i think the question was more from an affiliate pov, they are part of Betsson and the sister casino is Euro Casino, but no news after saying there would be "site upgrades and developments around the new bonus system" at that time.

Without any bonuses Mr Smith doesn't look like a particularly appealing prospect for any new players - at least that's what my stats would suggest.

I'll just wait and see.

Hi IPM,

I understand your concerns regarding the attractiveness of Mr Smith Casino without any bonuses. And I apologize if this have lead to any long term concerns for the brand. The bonuses was disabled a while back due to upgrades on our platform. Our team is working on a number of improvements and I'm happy to confirm the reintroduction of bonuses being one of them.

It will be reinstated as soon as possible, and our current expectations are for the end of November.
