I'm currently in a bad spite due to lack of casino I'm dealing with to payout winnings,If that is not enough stress,I have found that on there site is say's 30x bonus amount, for the slot promo i was taking, and have been.I'm able to track my wagers through there system,at least twice I have had complete on the bonus status, when I contacted CS, they have always stuck to telling me it is bonus+ deposit x30, So you think CS would know,I even e-mailed them with what there site said, and his reply was I know what it say's but it is deposit to,then the network manager informs me it is only bonus x 30,I throw this in there ,I have e-mails from 2 managers telling me my checks were sent and telling me I would get them last week,no checks as of today yet,I have all e-mails to verify everything I'm stating, just trying to give them every opportunity I can to let them pay my winnings,Have copy of those to,I'm not one that takes pleasure in throwing someone under the bus unless I have to,but will soon be forced to do that if I don't collect

Whilst I personally hated every aspect of my Advantage Player days years ago, I can empathise with your frustrations.

In my experience, all these strategies they employ...are employed intentionally to make the life of Bonus Hunters miserable. And it works (at least in my case) - I did it for a very short time and was just endlessly tilted - to the point where I just moved full-time into poker and didn't play at an online casino for leisure or advantage for years.

It was with some frustration and disgust, that I discovered that some online casinos use the same strategies for players that are clearly not Advantage Players - example: a player that redeems no bonus, plays with his own cash, turns over millions in wagering (without ever once asking for a bonus or comps or anything), makes endless mistakes and errors....yet is then screwed around to, lied to, mislead, deceived, prevented from withdrawing, etc.

The good online casinos are few and far between, my friend. Most seem to have this culture of "your money is our money and how dare you win and what nerve you have to request a withdrawal - EVER!"

Whilst my comments above are gloomy, the silver lining is that most casinos will eventually pay up - it may take weeks or even months, but keep hassling them, put in a PAB with Max if they're *really* out of line, let them know you're not going to simply give up and walk away, call or email whomever gives them their token gaming license, threaten to kick up a stink, actually do kick up a stink if they deserve it, and so on.

You'll find the vast majority pay up eventually. I know it's stressful, but they intend it to be that way.

If they are on the "no can do" list, you may as well name them, and we may be able to offer specific advice (or our condolences).
If they are NOT, then see if they have a rep, and tell them the tale of the BS 30x whatever game they are playing. Doing this also indirectly informs the casino you are a member of CM, and from this a PAB might follow. There is no need therefore to mention CM or PAB to front line CS.

If you decide to PAB, then DON'T name them, and DON'T continue to post anything that could inflame the situation.

Once the PAB has run it's course, you would then be free to tell your story in more detail.
