Bonus Increase?

Hey Bryan,
I have a question. I took 13th place at All Jackpots casino in a small tournment. I won 9.00. As I was playing i started winning and now have it up to 85.00. so I go to see how much I can cashout and find that the bonus amount is now 40.00 instead of 9.00, so I cant even make the min cashout of 50.00. Im wondering HOW they can do that? Any insight would be great!

I have given her My account number, and she is looking into it for Me. This same thing happened to Me before at All Slots, when it happened there, I contacted support right away, but they did not respond. I kept trying and trying but no one would answer My chat request, So I went back to playing and eventually I lost it all back. So then I tried to contact support again, and they replied almost instantly to My live chat request, I told them what happened and they told Me, That I should have contacted them before I went broke(which I did a number of times, with no answer). So I hope that Emma can help Me understand this practice.

I PM Emma with My account number 2 days ago, But she has not got back to me yet.
When I won the 9.00 in the tournment I expected that I needed to play at least 20x the bonus which equals 180.00. Every so often i would check to see if the bonus was played off yet. At most MG casinos, the bonus comes off 10.00 dollars at a time as wager requirements are met. When I made it to 60.00 dollars, i checked to see if the bonus was gone yet and low and behold the bonus amount was now 20.00(WR = 20x20=400.00), So I stop playing and try to contact "Live Help" I waited and waited, no response. So the machines seem to be paying well so I go back and start playing again and after awhile, I make it up to 80.00 and figure that I will cashout 50.00 and keep 10.00 to play on, and the casino will remove the 20.00 in remaining bonus money. I goto banking, withdrawl, and now I see that there is 40.00 worth of bonus money to play off now(WR = 40x20=800.00). So I went from 180.00 playthrough all the way up to 800.00 playthrough. I had it up to 100.00 once and could have cashed out 60.00 but thought maybe i could bring it up a little more, then the pop up window that comes up in the lower right hand of the screen kept coming up offering an instant 10% bonus on my next purchase. After that it was all down hill from there, and the bonus money was now playing off like it was supposed to, just bearly keeping me below the 50.00 minimum cashout. To Me this is a rogue practice. As You know, if You get a 100% bonus on a 20.00 purchase, You then loose rather quickly and Your down to 10.00(all of which is bonus money) then You start to win again, the bonus money will go back up(because You have not yet made the playthrough) But will NOT go above the original 20.00 . I know it was free money, but that is no reason to do what they did. By the time I was up to 100.00 i should have met the playthrough on the original 9.00 bonus. Now they will say "well You already spent the money, You should have contacted us before You played it off". This is the same thing that All Slots did to me awhile back, even though I made alot of attemps to contact them and waited and waited with no response. They know You want to play, and if they wait long enough, You will break down and play it anyway.
 
Emma does not visit the forum everyday. Actually, I also had an issue with All jackpots last week and she resolved everything for me. Be patient, I am 100% sure she will answer you soon.
