Just had a 17x bonus. got annoyed upped to £2 stake and went quickly.

That said yesterday in space of hour I hit x100 x100 and x250 base game and NOT one bonus in 3000 spins. Cashed out 350 in the end but crazy. Anyway 20+ bonuses without a x100 or above. Capped to the hilt

I've been making withdrawals from the base game hits but, aside from the 146x earlier the bonus rounds are slim pickings.

On the plus side...least it's not DHV. Someone dismantled that game in April-18 and forgot how to put it back together. Not a bonus on that above 50x in months

Yes I played Bonanza a lot at VS, and yes it is a high variance slot. In the early days it was not uncommon to hit the massive pay lines. But as the months wore on, these seemed to occur less and less, to the point where one hit, I considered it an oddity rather than the norm.

Ever since I hit a AU$8.8K bonus win (10x with a lot of diamonds) on a AU$5 spin, I could never seem to hit anything decent again on Bonanza. Not even a few 1,000 dollars.

I miss Bonanza a lot, ever since we haven't been able to play BTG games my luck has gone down hill as they were my most played games and won a lot on them :(
 
We all need to book an appointment to be de-programmed from Bonanza.

Last think I recall was playing Immortal Romanvery, getting angry that a bonus round took 250 spins (250!) to come in: I woke up, dazed and confused with a weird desire to hit 10x after 3500 spins.

I can only surmise that BTG kidnapped me at some point and I was subjected to some stealth brainwashing.
 
You can tell when its in take mode its clear as day. You have to have the strength to just get off it when its like that. I saw a few people get bonuses on this yesterday. Probably 8 bonuses total and all of them paid under 20x. So what the hell is the point in having it every 1 in 450 spins? Why isnt it just 1 in every 150 spins? Because of the so called *unlimited* multiplier and 150 million to one you get 117k ways in the bonus? seems logical :rolleyes:

Like ive said a million times. This slot is the same as any other slot just the bonus is 460:1 instead of 150:1

Its good for wagering the tail of a bonus and thats pretty much it imo
 
To further update on my eagerly-anticipated weekly Bonanza car crash, it wasn't 15 minutes in duration, let's be real here, it was circa 25 minutes :thumbsup::thumbsup::(

40 Euros, minimum bets, SHAZAM! and it was no more!

That's not to say it didn't bonus. Oh it did. Around 10 Euros for the 17-spin curse (when down to 4 Euros) & session salvation a little later in the form of 2.50 Euros, which enabled me to have 12 more spins than I would have normally had :cheerleader:

So definitely, 100% money well spent. I had a blast.
 
Just had a great 3 day run at VS mainly on Bonanza and that's the one that I play at highest stakes, £4-£10 spins. I honestly can't tell you how many bonuses but it's been a lot, 25-30 maybe? First day was up and down, most noticeable was a lot of bonuses but never more than 12 and no retriggers. However it culminated in a raise to £10 and getting a 735x round and was already over £1k ahead at the £4 stake, 6.9k withdrawal. Left healthy balance which my weakness, Rhino, demolished....thanks.

Second day was noticeable for an incredibly long run without a bonus but loads of big base game wins, and I mean loads. Ranging from 70 to 200x and doubled my balance without a bonus, all at £4. Wound up losing on other slots back to B and bust out. On heading out checked my account profile and had a 2x race points award for 150 spins. Now I have a superstition that games play better with one of these. So deposited £1700 to give B a shot at £10 for these spins. Hit early bonus and was 10x, gutted, then hit again and my first +5 and it paid 235x, happy days. Carried on and hit a third bonus with 6 spins of the 150 left, 17 from the +5 again and another +5 from an in bonus retrigger, first of the week, paid 335x. Cue another withdrawal, 4.6k and another healthy balance to play with.

Yep blew the healthy balance and deposited another £2.4k about half an hour ago, 125 spins at £10 and I'm about 300 ahead in the base game and hit a +5 again. Bit weird this one, paid well at 275x and withdrew another £2.3k but I was already at 120x after 2 spins and didn't another big hit until 2 spins to go, so nerve wracking.

So, hours of play, £6k ahead in bank, £3k balance to play with, so £9k ahead in total and should be so much better if i could stay away from Rhino...I love you Bonanza
 
You think!!!!!!! couldn't help myself, went on Rhino and got lucky, as in didn't lose too much, was heading down and got a big win that allowed me to leave only £100 down.

Next we tried, for ages, the eternal quest for a DoA wildline and lost £500 at 90p stake, getting depressed now.

Back to Bonanza with 2.5K and went back up to £3.1k but carried on as was playing well....kkkching....another good bonus, 330x and another £2.3k withdrawal and still have the healthy balance from earlier.

What can I say, any more and I'm going to hit the VS withdrawal limit, from Bonanza, for the second time this year...did I mention I love Bonanza???

I feel your pain i hit the red button which is game stop 4 weeks ago I Just couldn't cope with the sheer predictable boring out come every session and I don't miss it one bit..
Saying that I'm winging £50 a week into a savings account to be used in a mega blow out on DOA in may when my time is served..
 
What makes bonanza so popular is its base game. It has almost 80% rtp in base, compared to stuff like DHV which has around 60% and that, by default makes it much more violatile because if you dont get free spins you are as good as gone. In bonanza you dont need free spins to keep you going (and thank god for that lol) and it seems people do like playing slots where your deposits last more than 4 minutes (hear that netent?).

Bonanza has a 71-25% base/bonus split. 71% is quite good, compare that to as low as 50% on games like BoRe, but Bore has a more frequent bonus. That's the trade-off.

yeah but even in games with "more frequent bonuses" you could hit a rough patch and not get a bonus for 500-1000 spins. If that happens you are as good as gone, and would need several deposits just to survive long enough to actually get that bonus. And even then it could be a crappy one.

300 spins without a bonus on slots like bor(d?m?), especially on their newest version (magic) usually means you are going to be 100-200x down.

Dont get me wrong im not defending bonanza here, in fact i hate the #"#(($#. But it really is much more bankroll friendly than most other popular slots, and even if there arent billions of 1000x + wins on it, bonus wins of 100x-500x are a pretty decent return.

Im not entirely sure where does all that "OMG IT HASNT PAID EVEN 10000x" craze comes from blame it on scratchslots that have been released lately and have 99% rtp dedicated to 1500x hits and 1% for the rest of the game. I also blame yt and twitch lol, all you see is people hitting 1000-3000x on slots like reactoonz, jammin and nobody is going to post a video of 1000 dead spins on jammin.

if you search for jammin on youtube all you see is 1000x + wins, theres like 100's of it thanks to streamers playing 24/7. But for regular players who are unable to play until they win, those slots are... well, evil.
 
Last night another 3000x in the bonus game second one this week to bad on 2 EUR stake. Later played max bet bitch eat first almost 7k EUR butt almost a 10k euro withdrawel
 
Treated me quite well today.

Got a lot of gameplay time & walked away with triple my deposit.

3 bonuses I think. One paid a few pence but the other 2 were pretty good.

I've had not one but two Bonanza feasts today, first one earlier was for £20 bonus money at LV without a bonus, second trip down Bonanza lane involved my own money whereby I did indeed grind the 20ps down into dust, not without a staggering £1.90 bonus topped only by the subsequent £8 one :machinegunner:

It really is keeping those 100xs on a tight leash in the last few days, isn't it

Thats been most of my bonuses aswell recently, either i start of with 4 or 5 spins without a win or i win at the start and then it stops... quite frustrating, though i deserve a bad run on it i guess. :D
 
I hasten to add that on my last spin I had GOL as well, couldn't capture this majestic moment as I'm not on the laptop, but trust me when I say I was a tad 'aggrieved' :mad:

But hey at least it wasn't on the first three reels. That woulda been fantastic!
 
Well after that great run it went feral but only myself to blame and a partial recovery has happened.

Went back on for another go but reduced to £4 spins and was losing but started to play well, upped to £10 and I guessed right, another bonus came in with a 64x screen of kings, got GOL on the last three and D with 2x+5 dropped on first three. Paid ok, 223x but did have the 64x starter. This is where I went mad...felt cheated (I know insane) and proceeded to lose the £4.5k balance plus more....so took a break.

Went back on this morning with my poorly £600 balance, at £4 spins, and went up to nearly £1k without a bonus, just lots of big roll ins over about 600 spins. First bonus paid 30x...not impressed but carried on and was moving mouse to stop spins and change to £10 just as GOLD banged in....gutted...then another 30x so not so bad. Went for raise anyway as 'had a feeling' and I got a first. Piddly win with a G on reel 5 and OLD dropped on first three reels...paid 120x...happy days but still about 5K below the weeks peak balance. But still had the feeling and kept on at £10 and diamonds rolled in all the way with two on the end, £2k....played on got another £1k ahead and went to withdrawal town. So back to £8k ahead this week and £2k below peak with £1900 in account to play with.

Why do so many people hate Bonanza? yes I know I'll end up losing but the hours of play have been great.
