More questions:
I believe first 3 sets of questions have been covered by this:
"Every spin in the Bonanza bonus hits an RNG (random number generator) for a new result/outcome which is independent of any other outcome.
We don't artificially cap winnings or multipliers. Some operators cap the max winnings at £250,000 per spin or currency equivalent (please read T&Cs on the site you play), if this is the case you will find this information in the games help file, for an example Queen of Riches on SkyVegas.com.
Our games are completely random with no memory of previous play sessions or spins.
Our math is the most complex in the gaming world, as our games produce a huge array of outcomes. Due to this we verify all our math via simulation which is then ratified by the UKGC, AGCC, MGA, GBA etc, as well as by our network service providers and a third party testing house such as GLI:
We do not deliver differential RTP's to different customers or jurisdictions and never will.
Staking does not affect outcome on BTG games, whatever the stake, the game hits the same certified RNG.
BTG demo play and real play games both hit the same servers, this is in fact law in the jurisdictions our games operate."
We would really like to know the
answers to the other 10 sets of questions.
Thank you for your time.
Thanks for collating all the questions, sorry for the delay in response, quite a lot to get through but here goes...
QUESTION 1: nikantw: If for example we can see 5 diamonds drop stacked on each one of reels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, can we trust it is possible to drop 5 diamonds on all 6 reels at the same spin?
ANSWER: There are multiple Diamond symbols on every Reel in Bonanza. Every base game and free game spin, there is most definitely a chance of getting Diamond symbols on all 6 reels.
QUESTION 2: danchop: Why are BTG slots at so few casinos?
ANSWER: As we depend on network partners for delivery, releases can be skewed over time. If you have any particular Casinos in mind, let us know and we'll contact them accordingly. Please keep in mind that some casinos may operate in jurisdictions that as a business, we do not allow. If there are particular UKGC Casino's you have in mind, then we'll do our best to make them available.
QUESTION 3: interlog: are the reel sets in the bonus different to the one in the base game?
ANSWER: As with virtually every slot game, Bonanza uses a different set of reels for the free games. The main difference is that many more wilds are added during the free games. Also we have the gold carts and the removal of the GOLD+5 Scatters in the 'mine' reels below.
QUESTION 4: interlog: Why do you think it is acceptable to create a slot that can literally go a few thousand spins without a bonus round?
ANSWER: We passionately believe that a range of slot games should be available to players. However different slots will appeal to different punters. What is 'acceptable' is entirely up to the players, not us. Bonanza is designed to give players a big win potential, in fact the biggest none jackpot win potential of any slot made to date (if you know one please name it). Bonanza, however, it is not designed to deliver features every minute.
QUESTION 5: interlog: Would you think it to be fair to have a massive bankroll just to trigger the bonus?
ANSWER: This is incorrect. Bonanza is a certainly a high volatility slot, but it does not require a "massive bankroll just to hit the bonus." In fact, with a $50 deposit and doing 20 cent bets, there is over an 85% chance of winning at least one feature.
QUESTION 6: interlog: Is the the outcome of the bonus already decided the minute it is triggered?
ANSWER: All online slot games have their outcomes determined by secure remote servers. Each free game outcome from BTG games are determined by a separate server response.
QUESTION 7: interlog: Do you find it acceptable to have to wait for almost 5000 spins for a feature to drop in?
ANSWER: What is "acceptable" is entirely up to individual players, not us. There are plenty of games which deliver small bonuses every minute or two. Bonanza caters to a high volatility play style.
QUESTION 8: interlog: From your server records, how many spins have been recorded and what has been the highest multiplier win so far by the game?
ANSWER: We do not run any game servers - they are the domain of the online casinos and their platform partners. However, even if we did run our own game servers, we would never give away player activity, win and loss data without their express permission.
QUESTION 9: interlog: What are the odds of having at least a 3,000x win?
ANSWER: In the last six months we've seen a few x3000 wins here on the forum and online and that's in the last few months. This will in turn happen more and more as the game is picked up by more of our players. Bonanza gives some of the best chances for big wins of any online slot. As people have seen from Slotracker and other results, the average feature win is roughly 100 times bet. This is considerably more than other slot games offer, which gives you an idea of the high win potential on offer. The biggest publicly reported win is still x14000, we're certainly hoping someone tops that soon, either on stream or by coming forward with the win details.
QUESTION 10: Monnii: When are BTG slots coming back to slotsmillion? And what updating might they need?
ANSWER: They've been back up on SlotsMillion for the last month and will remain there, we have a good relationship with SlotsMillion, they're a great outfit.
QUESTION 11: Monnii: Biggest win was during testing the game? Multiplier?
ANSWER: As per our post on the 9th of August, "It would be unfair to give you the maximum win reading from simulation, as it's exactly that, a simulation, a simulation that may not be realised as the overall amount of plays in reality, may take several years to be played out."
QUESTION 12: Monnii: Also, the max win possible in freespins/basegame should somehow be shown somewhere?
ANSWER: This is not a regulatory requirement. As per our post on the 9th of August, any "max win" that we posted would simply be from a theoretical simulation and not necessarily reflected in reality.
QUESTION 13: Betreels Casino: We do have the game, but my view is that if a game pays badly, then it's actually bad for business. I personally, would not use real money on Bonanza after this week's experience in demo mode.
ANSWER: We have been overwhelmed by the positive response to Bonanza from punters far and wide. Every individual player should only play games they enjoy.
QUESTION 14: paul7388: A simple google search the general consensus is that the slot has a max payout of 10000x stake. Tho i know someone hit a 14000x win . Maybe some casinos cap it at 10000x . So sorry but its time BTG just came clean and said exactly what the biggest times stake and win that is possble really is.
ANSWER: As per our post on the 9th of August, any "max win" that we posted would simply be from a theoretical simulation and not necessarily reflected in reality. Keep your eye on BigWin Pictures, this forum and other sites to see what new records people are willing to share.
QUESTION 15: Harry_BKK: The reels might be the same in bonus and base game, which I doubt, but what surely is different is the amount of pay lines in each spin. The most I have seen is 41,000 something. The front 3 reels, seem to be mostly 2 - 4 tiles, rarely 5 - 7.
ANSWER: As with virtually every slot game, Bonanza uses a different set of reels for the free games. It is most certainly possible to hit 117,649 winning combinations during both the base game and the free games.
QUESTION 16: Harry_BKK: I went yesterday 158, 235 and 267 without once seeing even 3 of the 4 symbols on the screen. Who in his right mind thought that players would like that? Do you know that from an RG point of view you are walking a fine line? Just think about it... you have a slot with a bonus round and for nearly half an hour you don't even see a chance to get one.
ANSWER: What individual players "would like" is entirely up to them. There are plenty of games which deliver small bonuses every minute or two. Bonanza caters to a high volatility play style.
QUESTION 17: nikantw: You could add many crappy bonus rounds to make bonus more frequent. I Don’t mind it, don’t see the problem or the “extra” addiction risk.
ANSWER: I think everyone here knows that there are literally thousands of slots out there with crappy bonuses. Here at Big Time Gaming, we will not be meeting any market demand for more of these. We specialise in high volatility slots that give unique and thrilling gaming experiences.
QUESTION 18: What I would like though, and I think should be added in all slots towards better and more RG, is a table of basic winning combinations alongside with the chances to hit them.
ANSWER: Due to the variable multiplier in the feature, a table that gives the chance of winning each symbol pay in Bonanza would not be very meaningful or informative.
QUESTION 19: And one for the Queen of Riches: tataru: Are there as many pyramids on reel #1 as on the others?
ANSWER: There is a varied number of Pyramids on each of the six reels. The number of Pyramids on Reel 1 is equal to the number of Pyramids on various other reels.
QUESTION 20: At some point in the near future, are you planning to fix the annoying bug that you know when the winning cascade is going to end? You know it ends because there is a slight pause before it cascades. - We will look into this but it seems to be a server issue as it is not consistent across all sites.
QUESTION 21: Similar, sometimes the balance updates before the cascade has finished. It again, spoils it slightly, even more so when you have 3 scatters, it cascades but the balance has updated already - you know you're not going to get the bonus - Could someone post a video of this (or just PM me) so we can investigate it?
QUESTION 22: Can you PLEASE give players the possibility to skip the win count, e.g. as Microgaming or Netent by a simple click on the screen?
Win count up can be skipped by pressing the spin button, this is disabled in free spins but we can look at adding this functionality in.
We're always happy to answer anything... within reason.
Excited about our next release? We'll let you know more soon...
Good luck, whatever you're playing!
