You made two vital mistakes

1) You bet above 20p, if it had been 20p you would have won more off that 100%
2) Never ever get more than 12 spins, it means you have a worse bonus round than normal

1) Bigger number of spins doesn't mean higher multiplier.
2) Take the biggest win so far, 15,000x. I don't remember the multiplier, lets say it was 15x, what was more important the 15x or the 1000x from the diamonds?

Well its the only possible cause,was on my 3-4th day and D was never hit once,game was running smooth,balance was consistantly dropping,then an error window ive never had comes up and the game is in limbo for a good 13 hours(periodocally checking).It comes back on for a while next day,then that night all BTG games have disappeared

I have never seen a slot like it that lets you wait so long for the bonus round. And that is what makes this slot pure evil because in the mind of a player statistically speaking with every spin that you make, the bonus round is getting closer.
