To be fair to Dazza - I think we had a good 6 to 9 months last year when he didn't win anything, and we just got a single monthly video with a £250 loss. Not even enough time to fart, swear at the cat, open another can of Fanta etc.

but at least it's kind to you by not making you wait long for a feature. it's a lot worse to get low paying features that you waited for hundreds and hundreds of spins.

All bar 1 paying under 50x
I’ve never seen it so consistently bad to the point where even I’m thinking something is seriously fucking wrong here.

Maybe he has got a version of the game that he is able to spin on demo mode running on higher RTP.
Not that it really matters he can make videos using whatever method he chooses but I guess it would help explain the graph without the idea he's omitting all his bad runs.

I'm sure someone mentioned a few pages back that he never has.
If he doesn't want to disclose where he plays (which I can understand tbh) maybe he could just open the spin history at the end of the sessions if he cares to.
Bonanza demo definitely doesn't have that option on the site I've played it at. Don't think any demos have it as it would be linked to a user id in real play and wouldn't be stored like that for demo play.
I check it sometimes to see the total stake and p/l for the session for RTP, although sometimes the providers seem to randomly remove those totals from the history pop up and just shows the spins.
He already confirmed that he leaves out the bad sessions but I suppose the confusion/skepticism from people who mostly/exclusively play bonanza is that they never have as many good sessions.
Still I'm enjoying @toslotornot summaries of his videos, I now only go watch the ones like the last one to see the 900x bonus.

that's the lukey bonanza rollercoaster go down 2K and win it back.
It's doing something like this every time I get to the point of thinking I'm going to give it up.
Don't play it as much as you so I expect it to be dead a lot but after a week or so of maybe one 100x bonus I think this is boring and on that session something decent will happen so it stays in the rotation!
Hit that 180x red gems the last time!
Been on a pretty decent run so towards the end of every session I've been doing a BTG rotation including Chilli, Turkey, Millionaire, Donuts and Opal Fruits.
Hit 145x on Extra Chilli, 60x on Donuts. I don't even know what the Opal Fruits bonus is as I haven't hit one since finding out about it.
Millionaire also ridiculously hard to bonus and then you need to gamble how many times.
Like so many BTG slots the great design hides the reality of the bonus frequency and potential return.
Millionaire, Opal Fruits and Turkey are all out for me. Extra Chilli might get a spin.
Donuts a 10x max and move on. Bonanza will stay for the base game. Beef Lightning might end up the only BTG slot I play and enjoy for base and bonus.

Millionaire one is very cool as a concept but with it being 50 spins max how realistic is that to reach and then there's always the excuse of it being a crap bonus because you only got 12/14/16 spins out of 50!

I actually did it the first time in ages on Extra Chilli last night because of that bonanza hit and the HOT landed with a 8x cascade. Lost obviously!
I hit a 145x from 8 spins last week so agree with you. Don't play it much but all my 12 spins have been 8 spins with retrigger and one HOT+4.
I've got a 16 spin 105x screenshot but I don't have the video for it so not sure if it was a gamble or HOT+4 with retrigger. Seem to remember it being the latter but might just be what I want to believe!

I was just wondering because bonanza is so well designed. Out of all the slots I've played it's probably the best one for using any opportunity to troll in interesting ways.
Dropping a scatter on the next spin, corresponding colour symbol to the one you would need (J for green gem and vice versa etc.), missing the needed symbol on one of the reels and these near miss screens etc.
At least it does occasionally drop them in though. Not often but sometimes!

so from what I've read is that while they can't alter the reel visuals after the roll, developers intentionally design the virtual reel layout and math model to generate near misses very frequently.
Oh yes the matching colours that trick your brain for a fraction of a second are very intentional and frustrating haha

not every version has scatters in max ways.
I did a test with Extra Chilli demo bonus buys just to gamble the features a while ago and as you point out it made no difference apart from the fact you lose the whole bonus a lot.@lukey141 @2Slots and others

Even the whole random spins in the bonus is pointless to me. Comparing DoAs to Bonanza and friends the bonuses seem to play out pretty much the same in terms of being able to tell but DoAs are supposedly scripted.
Rather have the scripted ones tbh, at least you know there's a chance of it picking a huge or max win out!
