There was a thread years ago with the stats on some extreme sessions run in demo mode.

IIRC... the best Multiplier was a 5000x (Loss), 1k on 20p spins.

For the recent additions to Bonanza's ever-growing list of losers, it's a shit slot. OK for the odd casual play. I have beaten this horse to death. Base game and feature buy versions. Overall, I am horribly in the -ve with BTG, and I don't ever think that will change.

Couldn't you just reload the game when a bonus drops, wait a few minutes or seconds, then start the bonus?
The elapsed time resets, and the bonus carries over.

In fact, if you reload just before the bonus-winning spin is completed. On some versions, the game will give an 'unfinished game' message, when reloading, replay that last spin and go into the bonus screen, showing a net gain in balance from that last spin as well as a low amount opf elapsed time

And how do you get a massive win last spin?? My version doesn't do that, ever.

You cannot have used my login, your wins would be capped for years at 5-600x.

I think it would have been my first ever 1000x+ win, unless im forgetting about a win somewhere i think my best is a 900x-something from the basegame years ago while wagering a bonus.
But to be fair i dont play Bonanza very often, usually only when i have gotten a good hit on some other game and feel like i have some money to waste.

The win was probably taking stake into account, so for you that would only have been like a 40x win since your bet is 20 times higher than mine.
Thats why it looks like im getting bigger hits when using your login details.

Oh...honestly no idea, a very broad guesstimate would be that its somewhere in the 100-500 range.
I used to play it quite a bit back in the day while we could still get bonuses here in Sweden, now not so much.
From the pictures ive seen in this thread it seems like you have as good a chance to get a 1000x+ win from the basegame as you do from a bonus.
Also, i have not played any other version, i was going to try Falls a bit but saw that it was on 94% rtp so i skipped it.

Im sure its all just coincidental, but Bonanza has been playing much better for me now that i only play it. once or twice a month.

Ironically the thing that confirmed for me that the visual design is the most impressive thing about bonanza is after I asked about the best wins.

The recent discussion around the couple of near 1000x bonuses is really interesting to me. Considering 1000x+ wins are posted quite frequently in the screenshots threads and at most they get maybe a couple of comments and some likes and WTG it's amazing that one lands here and it could generate a page or two of proper discussion.

I'm at the casual play stage now but more like give it 15x and leave if the base game doesn't do anything.

BTG are literally following/watching this thread constantly with absolute joy and laughter at the mundane practices of people trying to replicate something that does not and will not ever exist.

The slot plays like trash now days and has defo went down hill and my god this thread is living proof of it.

Burn the money on other slots and use bonanza as a little "now and then" pump and dump.

This is very true.

It's a visually exciting slot that will never really put you ahead because the bonus frequency is so high and the average return is very average!

It's like DoA2 Train Heist almost all the time but without any other bonus to choose and double the average frequency to land.

People can't complain too much if they are expecting 'huge' wins on a slot that is not designed for that (regardless of the early marketing, it's well known now).

Compare a 5oak sheriff on the DoAs to a 100x base on bonanza and there's a difference. It's great when they land but on bonanza there's a 'wow' aspect because it can be shown in so many different ways.

I got to say that I've found a couple that I like but overall I agree. Most of the ones I played have a worse base game than bonanza and the same hard to hit bonus frequency.

BTG perfected the art of visually interesting slots and great feature designs that have annoying maths models!

You have to be imagining what this is like because when have you ever seen a GOL tease! Your 'spin spin spin' usually drops GOLD in a couple minutes

I can’t even begin to describe the amount of times I see GoL without cascades in my plays honestly lol I can average 4 Ls just within the first 5min before that dirty d drops.
