New Slot Announcement Bonanza by Big Time Gaming

Read our BTG review and find out where to play BTG slots
That’s because BTG are churning out shit game after shit game.

Long live the Pragmatics……

Sensational.

Meh.. I have dropped around €100 on 20-25c bets this week on Pragmatics and haven't seen a single bonus round. And yes, I was playing the max RTP versions (even without the drop & win bs).

Luckily it was funded by wins on BTG's and a 94% MG.

can't say I'm a fan of prag. Dabbled on big bass B a few times over the past few months. Probably down about 1500x and recall 3 wins between 100x and 300x.
Don't bothet with it anymore, just seemed to get the same sessions. One early (shit) bonus, then its 50 teases for the next. One time I recall over 200 teases for 5 features. lost about 700x during the exciting time it took find those 5 features.

Yeah, PP's are good, until they're not. Probably like most slots right enough but the old balance can take a real hammering as most of theirs have literally no base game.

Used to do ok in Madame Destiny: had 5 scatters 3 times in a week (which used up all the luck) and then after that you were talking about it ripping through 200 quid on 20ps with no bonus

Quite like Sugar Rush though and if you catch them they can be quite fun/pay well

About done with slots. I can't seem to remember having a feature go beyond 150x at the moment. The amount of 2p hacksaw bonuses I've had have made me want to Hacksaw my own limbs off and now Bonanza is throwing this vileness at me. £1.20 of it was the trigger so less than 2x. Fantastic :D

Big Fan of Pragmatic , they are miles ahead of BTG with innovation and presentation and you can see the amount
of effort they put into games. As most are high vol, you are bound the get shit runs but there are only a few games
that dont deliver if you stick with them.Did 2 deposits of £100 last night, played one on Greedy Wolf and the other
on the John Hunter Bermuda game, the games were dead and gobbled up the balance in no time but I have had big
wins on both in the past and know they will give more in the end.
BTG lost the plot a long time ago, cluster games that are completely scripted, awful Meatballs and the Fishing thing
The only recent game I half like is Beef Lightening but that is all or nothing on the feature.Did have a decent win on Apollo
Pays when I first played it but nothing since. Not played Bonanza for years, too hard to feature.

Presentation is top notch, but you must agree that Pragmatics are also 100% scripted. Not saying that's bad, as they are still entertaining, but you know you have no chance of the capped max win via a lucky random spin - unless it's already been decided before the bonus round starts.

I looked at my stats and in over $200,000 worth of Pragmatic bonus buys on one site alone (minimum stake) I've managed ONE max win, on Starlight Princess. I've put 40k through Gates Of Olympus, and 35k through Buffalo King Megaways, and got nowhere near it. The odds are ridiculously long, even when sitting there buying bonuses one after another all day long. Luckily they do return a decent chunk back while doing so.

Had 6OAK diamonds across the screen 6 ways in the base game yesterday. Nearly fell off my chair in shock
300x, yes seen that a couple of times in 6 years nearly, had also 2 of 8-ways (400x) in that time.

My 2466x win must’ve cursed me for life. I have literally not hit a single Bonanza bonus this week, in the span of about 600-700 spins. Weird

The average feature frequency on Bonanza is 1/460 spins.

Catch it wrong and it'll want 2500-3000 spins for a feature.

As a general rule of thumb, a slot might want 5-6x the average feature frequency at the outer edge when it decides to play the arse.

EDIT TO ADD - Bonanza is highly unusual in this regard, slots usually come in at 1/200 or less when it comes to feature frequency (with around 1/150 being fairly common). Bonanza has got a really pernicious maths model that has been discussed at great length in this thread.

As Wargames famously said, 'The only winning move is not to play'.

Damn, it really wants me to go another half a week without one, it seems. First time being this unlucky, since I’ve usually gotten it in about a few hundred spins max

I haven't done a massive number of spins on it (and I haven't played it at all for years), but I managed decent feature frequency for quite a while, then one day it decided it wanted 2300 spins or so off me for a feature (can't remember exactly, it's in this thread somewhere), which kind of put me off it, who wants to wait that long for a feature?

Exactly what’s happening to me right now. Last week I had a fairly frequent feature hit rate.

I once did just over 7,000 spins across a couple of sessions to land a feature.

On 6 occasions in my bonanza career did I also go over 1000X STAKE to land a feature.

Fucking brutal, considering most bonuses are around the 30-60x mark.

For some reason it took me over 4 years to realise what a vile piece of shit the game is and that there are loads of games that are just so much better.

Considering the churn that Bonanza has in the base game (there's a lot of RTP there), 1000x stake down to land a feature is right at the outer edge of where I'd imagine the stats could land, as is 7000+ spins for a feature TBH.

That'd be a £1000 deposit, played on £1 stake, to a bust out with no feature?

Similarly with the 7000 spins it seems statistically unlikely, although I readily concede that the insane 1/460 feature frequency (which has always been the case right from the game's launch) could knock out some wild results once in a while.

It all ties in to what has been well established when it comes to Bonanza, it's got a seriously evil maths model and one has to doff their cap, in a moustache-twirling villain sort of fashion, to the monster that BTG managed to create.

Yes 1000x STAKE (hence why I put it in caps) and yes this happened to me 6 times.

I doubt there are many in the country that have played it more than myself so you don’t need to explain anything to a seasoned idiot like me!!

And I can assure you that just over 7000 spins to land a feature did happen. Only once.

I think the next worse was around the 3,500 spins mark. Numerous times I was around that figure(ish) to land.

But then you have to understand I was playing it far to much!! Hence why I now don’t.

Biggest hit in all this time?? One of just over 2000x and about 6 or 7 of just over 1000x.

It took me 2 years to get my first 1000x and 14 months just to get over 500x

And yes when I see your first video on it and hitting the 800x I was cursing like fuck!!!!

Looking back…….. what a total twat to have wasted all that time over the last 5 years.

I've just seen screenshots on another site of a Christmas version of Bonanza. Just what we needed, BTG coming down the chimney and ripping our wallets a new one
Yes, it's simply exactly the same game but with Xmas graphics and has the 'Golden Ticket' 90x bet bonus buy (in some jurisdictions.)
A Rudolph rogering, Santa sodomy, little will come down the chimnney but rest assured your cash will go up it - in smoke.

Nothing to see here, move along....

Please Santa, can you drop the D for me this Christmas ?

Yes, get ready for a catastrophe in the cold as opposed to a hammering in the heat.

Jesus Christ, they've come full-circle and have now entered the Butlins phase of the game's cycle with this self-parody.

So out goes the banjo, in come the bells. Just wouldn't touch it with a 6-ft sleigh, I don't think anyone should. Yule regret it
