I spent quite some time on my poem and wrote an encyclopaedia, (well not really) then I realised it was 280 characters and not 280 words.

Spent a while longer trying to condense it then was informed gaps count so had to revisit it again. Managed to cram it in with one character to spare.

There are so many entries.
Would have to be one of those large inflatable hats they sell in their merch store.

I'll be happy for anyone to win. There should be no expectations where random draws are concerned. In the great scheme of things, if I have a few more tickets, I doubt it sways things much overall taken in context to the overall amount of entries. It was a fun comp, I completed the entire achievements for Bonanza on VS no less than 3 times and bagged a £100 silver wheel in the process so I already consider myself rewarded. Fingers crossed for everyone., and to be honest a little part of me wants someone with just a couple of entries to win just to show a big middle finger to random variance.

With a multiplier that’s unlimited
It had everyone transfixed in a daze.

The only cure, was a doctors appointment

After examination they were formally told
“It’s not your heart and your not very old”
“No diamonds, create tension”
“Plus fives, we daren’t mention”

Just seen news of this poetry comp, 5,000 euros! too late to enter but here's my joke attempt

out of the bowels of hell it came
bonanza was its wretched name

turmoil, madness and stress left in its wake
big wins landing only when you lowered your stake

at times going well so feelings turn bold
but alas two thousand spins later still no gold

And then the 'D' landed in the smallest of spaces
fist pumps aplenty and the happiest of faces

blocking carts, broken hearts and terrible farts were in my next block of rhymes...I'll get me coat
