I have played the casino, made a few deposits and not hit anything.
The live chat is responsive and helpful.
Today I deposited $21 I had left in my MB account and took a bonus but the bonus did not get applied so I thought bah and played my deposit.
I lost very quickly and went to live chat to explain the bonus wasn't applied and found it was a minimum $25 for bonus. Fair enough my bad.
Even so they offered to apply any bonus they advertised to my account as they felt it was a genuine error on my part since I had made previous deposits and never taken a bonus.
They certainly did not have to do that, especially since I had wagered and lost my starting balance.
So I have to give them a big
for service.
I hope they treat all their players so well.
