Has anyone else here had a lot of trouble getting paid by Blue Square Casino?

I have now been waiting since 24th November 2010 for a large withdrawal ($20,000+) and no one there seems to want to help me when I ring, email or chat.

This is very frustrating as my previous withdrawal ($10,000+) from the day before arrived within 3 days.

Blue Square casino is Wager Works who do not accept Aussies. We are not allowed to play any of there casino games. We are however allowed to use the sports betting etc.

I'm surprised you could open up an account there. I would be a little concerned they could be looking into the fact you are Australian although you did say you received a $10k withdrawal. They should not be accepting your Deposits Unless you where depositing to the sports book and transferring your money across which will be against there t&c for Australians.

Let us know how you go.

Cheers
Matt

I have had not trouble playing there for the last 3 months, I mostly play the casino, blackjack being my main game. I asked about Australian registration when I started and they told me they had not problem with me playing there. My first withdrawal was for a lot more than $10000, and I had no trouble with it, the second one has been the problem. I know all of the other WagerWorks casinos do not allow Australians.

Some one has given you the wrong information, It's listed on CM as not accepting Australians & I just spoke with live chat to make sure I was correct,

15:25:18 : matthew: Initial Question/Comment: Do you accept Australians

15:25:24 : System: Welcome to Blue Square Customer Services!

15:25:29 : System: Darrell has joined this session!

15:25:29 : System: Connected with Darrell. Your Reference Number for this chat is 212102.

15:26:09 : Darrell: on the sport betting section, yes, but you are unable to use the casino or games section if you are based in Australia.

15:26:39 : matthew: Thank you so much for your time and help, greatly appreciated

Although I am struggling to find it in there T&C atm only countries mentioned are U.S.A,Turkey etc but I'm assuming this is for the sports book.

Well they definitely have accepted me as a member and allow me to use the casino. My details clearly show that I am Australian and I use AUD. The only deposit form that I cannot use is Moneybookers. Try joining and you will see that you can. I know all of the other WagerWorks casinos do not accept Australians for sure, but Blue Square certainly do.

Up until this withdrawal I have had no problems with them at all. All of my withdrawalls to my credit card have gone through without a hitch within a day or two, it is just this last withdrawal to my Bank account that has been a problem and they are not very helpful in trying to sort it out.

Here is my chat session with Darrell:

2:23:49 PM : AgentDarrell: Hello Paul, my name is Darrell. we accept customers from Australia on the betting side of our service, but you are unable to play the casino games.

2:25:01 PM : CustomerPaul: Well I am from Australia and I use the casino games regularly

2:25:36 PM : CustomerPaul: does your casino use Wager works for all sections.

2:25:59 PM : AgentDarrell: not on all the games

2:26:23 PM : CustomerPaul: can you tell me what software is used for skill games?

2:26:40 PM : AgentDarrell: Evolution

2:27:03 PM : CustomerPaul: that might explain it, I use the skill games section regularly
2:27:26 PM : SystemSystem: The session has ended!

Thats handy to know, it becomes confusing when a sports book decides to use different platforms

Well hopefully you find out whats going on or receive your withdrawal shortly, Good luck and have fun with it:thumbsup:

Cheers

After this experience I will be closing my account with them as soon as I get my money.

IMO thier customer service sucks big time. I have a funny feeling that I am not going to get my money without a huge fight and I will probably have to report them to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

Must admit I've played at Blue Square for years and never once had an issue and in fact they even do same day ewallet payments and I've never had to wait more than 3 working days for a bank payment to arrive - often it's only two. But then I am in the UK. Definitely one of the quality operations IMO.

I have had absolutely no problems until this withdrawal. I though I would get it within 3 days as I have in the past, then when the time started to drag on and all I got in response to phone calls and emails was, it will be there tomorrow, that was when I started to get pissed off.

They are Casinomeister Accredited, so if I were you I'd try contacting the rep here first, and if they can't resolve your issue, then Pitch-A-Bitch.
This will almost certainly be quicker than going through AGC.

I have tried contacting the rep here but he/she cannot receive PMs as thier mailbox is full.

I think now that I will eventually get my money, the problem seems to be something that thier bank has to sort out. The big problem has been trying to get someone in authority at Blue Square to take the problem seriously. Which thankfully after 7 International phone calls I may have finally done. Time will tell.

I have no doubt about the integrity of the Casino, they are by far the fairest I have every played at. Withdrawals to credit cards go through without a hitch, it is just this bank withdrawal that has caused me a problem.

The only two casinos that I have played at in the past that get my tick for Blackjack not feeling rigged are Blue Square and Stargames. All of the others I have played at feel rigged. That is just my opinion and gut feeling after playing a lot of games at a lot of casinos winning sometimes but more often than not losing and I cannot prove any of this. Just for the record as well, before I won big at Blue Square I also lost big for me ($20,000+), but the winnings now far out pace the losses if I ever get my money. ::eek:
