I've been a registered player at Blazespins, Starzspins, and Magicianbet for quite a while, with most of my play being on Blazespins and Starzspins.
Up until now, I've honestly had a good experience. Since they appear to share management and operations, everything has always felt consistent: clear terms, friendly support, and withdrawals were never an issue.
However, about 8 days ago, I requested a withdrawal from Starzspins that has remained pending. Support has told me every single day that they can't process crypto withdrawals because of issues with their payment provider and that it "should be resolved soon."
What I find difficult to understand is not just the delayed withdrawal, but the claim that a payment provider has supposedly been experiencing the same issue for eight consecutive days. At the same time, crypto deposits through the exact same method continue to work without any problems, which makes the explanation even harder to reconcile.
Three days ago, after repeatedly contacting live chat, they did process one of my two pending withdrawals, but the remaining withdrawal (around $1,300) is still pending with the exact same explanation.
I also asked whether they could make an exception and pay me through another available method (such as a credit card), especially after an 8-day delay. That was refused because of their "same method in, same method out" policy. While I understand that policy, I would have expected some flexibility after such a prolonged issue, even if it meant completing KYC again.
What makes the situation even more confusing is that both Starzspins and Blazespins claim they're affected by payment provider issues, while Magicianbet told me they are not aware of any such problems.
I'm not accusing anyone of being a scam. My experience with these casinos has been positive until now. But an alleged payment provider issue lasting over a week, conflicting information from casinos that appear to share operations, and a lack of any meaningful updates make the whole situation feel very questionable.
Has anyone else experienced something similar recently?
