Bizarre Pink Panther incident.

I got 5 free spins in Netbets scratchcard promo played them on pink panther and on my last spin I got the colour pink bonus round I played the bonus and it said to my disbelief £8,800?! What in the hell is going on there? I knew it had to be too good to be true was right although it said win was 8,800 it said bet size was £40 I never pressed betmax for a start I was doing free rounds all I can press is spin? Has this happened to anyone else? Why the win was £10.61 from the bonus I have no idea. Very strange indeed! Here is the attached screenshot of the incredible win! Wish it was 8,800!!

It never added to my balance sadly! Would be fun to try and get through such a mammoth wagering. I just want to know what on earth happened bet size is auto set at 40p on free rounds?? unless it's a special and then the most would maybe be €4 per spin. Meaning the max win on this bonus would be about £1,000 not nearly 10k haha!

I played a lot of Playtech's Pink Panther at one point. The jackpots are available at any bet size, like MG's mega moolah, the jackpot bonus is more likely to be triggered at a larger bet size. I double checked the game rules just now in case my memory was faulty.

I'd be contacting the rep to ask for help looking into it.

Even if you have to complete a WR on it, I'd want a chance with a $8,000 bankroll!

See the bit in bold Jasminebed was playing 5 free rounds on the last one just after it completed the colour pink bonus came up and awarded this amount when I came out of it the betsize was at £40 this is obviously some kind of glitch. I'll need to contact support don't think I'll see a penny of this 8,800 now had I accidentally pressed £40 bet with own money I might have a case.

If it never appeared in your balance i would immediatly contact cs and see what happened. If the win was shown like in your screenshot and is then not added, thats very odd.

That's me sent the screenshot and explained what happened to support now fingers crossed I'm eligible as live chat said No maximum win from these 5 free rounds!! With a bankroll that size I could win life changing money

Can you win jackpot on free games, You may of won but as it was free games it was void, But the strange part is the £40, Take note that on some slots the money amount does change after the last free spins round so it could of been automatic set to 40,

I would ask rep to look into this as would be fun having that much bonus to try and WR,

It would be a bugger if you was awarded it but max cash out 200, & max bet is a few £,

I did miss the part where you said you completed the Colour Pink bonus. Since the most you can even potentially win from the Colour Pink bonus is 36x or 38x bet, and I think you were paid correctly. Even a $40 bet would not win $8,800. That is however a pretty typical amount for the jackpot however. I think it was a display glitch now, bit of a let down to realize it was in fact a mistake after all. I think the wrong congratulations screen got pulled somehow.

Still, I would let them investigate. Glitches such as this need to be fixed. Worth looking into for the casino would think. I wonder if the jackpot was won at the time you were playing and you got sent that in error.

Hoping they toss a little thank your way for encountering such and thing and giving them a chance to fix it.

Not to mention the pain and suffering from the crushing disappointment. Must surely be enough for a soul to need a drink or two, lol.

Har har har!! Still no reply about this from customer services usually they get back to me about stuff really fast they must be investigating thoroughly will let you all know when I know any more.
