I spoke to support and they confirmed that under processing my withdrawal i could reverse my withdawal up to 24 hours (bank transfer withdrawal)

Sorry mate, in the U.K. reverse withdrawal is supposed to be banned by our gambling body.

I was just asking if it’s also banned where you reside and live.

They payed me fast once through neteller,but cant use that option anymore, because of a technical siste on there side. They claim i have 2 neteller accounts. I have one and used the same for 10 years...14 hrs. now and it still say processing and i still have the recal option. Its obvious they want me to revers it..

I can guarantee you that it's not our intention to make you want to reverse it. If that was indeed the case, we wouldn't have a 10 minute average cashout time.

Now, if you are worried that you might reverse it. How about putting a wagering limit or loss limit on the account? You can also temporarily close your account until the withdrawal has been sent

My man, I've explained this both in PMs and here to you when it comes to bank withdrawals, they take a bit more time as they're not processed via regular support. If you used an e-wallet or crypto currency for example, you'd have your funds in minutes.

Now, when it comes to bank withdrawals, they need to be sent to the payments team for processing, so they do take longer time, and right now we have a backlog (which I mentioned to you in a PM)

Also, as I've pointed out, I know it sucks, and if you're worried about reversing the withdrawal, please set limits on your account or ask me/support to temporarily close it.

That i knew was 100%. Its me that is the problem. Thats why i love casinoes that offers the option to lock my withdrawal.
Casumo-Louis told us that some of their customers was denied to lock their withdrawals. It happened to me and i know why ,because of my history of often reverse and loose it all. I am getting better, but it happens and make feel like an idiot.
What made me stop playing at Casumo, it still make me sad and angry...Is that they removed on purpose the lock option from,good,loyal customers because they had reversed their withdrawals and lost it..... Shame on you Casumo!

Only wallet in NOK is MiFinity. Never used it personally.
