needs checking?

never needs checking when you lose 400 in deposits without a single feature. f*ck that casino off as soon as you get paid. are slots that rigged nowadays that a x1000win needs checking as they not suppose to pay that high.

seriously block the casino after the win, it's downright insult to claim it needs checking.

How the hell does a 5OAK win with picture symbols and Wild in the free spins on BDBA qualify as a 'big win' that needs checking???

Sorry, 'reversal bait' if I've ever seen it.....

P.S. FFS don't get 5OAK bars on St*rb*rst, that 50x monster would certainly need investigating.

This is bitStarz, one of hundreds operating in unregulated or grey markets. Attempted fraud is rampant at these places. Hence, I am not surprised about the extra checks. Also, the game check might be just a cover for something else they are looking into.

MGA and UKGC operations are like a walk in the park compared to them.

Update- so they took so long and chat People kept saying they have no Answers yet so I kept reversing until last penny and added more. I am not here to put blame on anyone but myself. I kept reversing thinking I’m just killing time until it was too much loss and so I chased after my winnings and BAM! Gone! I guess they’re laughing at me now as I took the bait.

Not fully blaming the casino here because I chose the “recall” feature to play while waiting for an answer from the casino, I lost all winnings. How is this an accredited casino when they pull a lame bait like this? The amount of time I kept asking for my withdrawals and kept getting a different answers each time. Again, I chose to reverse it but these companies need to be more regulated. A win of 6k should not be warranting a check. And how long do these checks take anyways? Why is it all behind the scenes? Not a cool move Bitstarz, not cool at all!

Gutted for you. Out of principal id of stuck with my guns and not so much as had 10p on starburst, easier said than done for some.

Disappointing they didn’t just pay what you won, the Wild West again rears it’s ugly heathen like head in casino world... shameful

Which casino is trustworthy and has microgaming? I can’t even trust casinomeisters accredited casinos anymore as that’s where I signed up for Bitstarz.

White hat group, videoslots and 32 red to name a few.
We have a accredited list here , have a look at those.
Sadly no online casinos is 100% honest, they all had problems it’s just choosing the one with a good rep and reputation really.

My first withdrawal was awesome and super fast. It’s the thousands I deposited then after weeks of a losing streak I won 6k and the problems started then.

I had similar problem at another casino only a few days ago. I have tried to withdraw and they kept saying documents not good enough, need this, need that but I just kept sending them everything. I was not giving up and finally after a few days got my winnings.

Asking for documentation I understand. But never heard of “winning check” from the providers.

Oh yes, forgot about game providers. That really is annoying and they do that when you win a large sum and takes forever for them to check too. :(

Had that happened to me at VS ages ago and SlotsMillion.

That's a BS excuse from them. No reason at all they'd need to "check" these pays and they're just delaying so you'll reverse.

Find a different casino.

Whilst I understand your frustration, you have only yourself to blame. You could have used the TAB function to restrict access to the account, or set up a loss/wager/session limit, you could have asked the @BitStarz rep for assistance, yet you chose to squander it away.

Learn from the experience!

bitStarz is operating on purpose in the grey market area, so what would you like to see regulated and how should that be done? They've been around for years and were the first to introduce Bitcoin as payment method. The $6K are surely not an issue for them to pay unless they have reasons.

After that 6k win, insta put loss limit to 100$ per day and they would approve it in the next hour. If you have the profile to dump it all away, probably going to happen anywhere unless its flushed by the payment system as soon as you make the request like on unibet or bet365. You can hate them but you’re the one to blame.

Sorry but the only reason to do this is to delay payment, in the hope the customer reverses and loses it all back.

Unless of course microgaming have a history of throwing out faulty spins?
Maybe the bitstarz rep can confirm how many faulty spins they have come across?
Also maybe they can confirm how many of mina's losing spins were checked with Microgaming, obviously if they think there was a chance of a winning one being incorrect, then a losing one could be incorrect too, so they must randomly check a selection of spins?

I said it in the other thread. I think the game check was just a cover for them to check something else.

You can google your heart out to see if you can find complaints about bitStarz delaying payments without justification. I doubt you will find many.

The level of attempted fraud at these grey market casinos is way, way, way higher than at UKGC or MGA casinos.

Not saying the OP is such a case but we have again not all facts of the story. So bashing the casino is surely not the way to go. The OP can only blame herself as bitStarz offers plenty of tools one can temporarily activate to avoid losing winnings.

Whilst I am saying this, I am no fan of Softswiss, quite the contrary.
