I think its going to stabilize at the $2200 - $2300 mark and just stick there for a long time.

It very well could. And that wouldn't be a terrible resolution for the time being. I mean, it was up a few hundred percent in 2017 already. Even at the levels you mention that's still a 100%+ increase year over year which blows away investment return in any other security. With that said, I think bitcoin will bounce back to new all time highs within a year. It's too powerful a force. Now granted, I'm not sure who will win out of bitcoin or bitcoin cash, it might be bitcoin cash for all I know that makes the real comeback. But either way, I think bitcoin is here to stay.
