Today it's my birthday and didn't receive anything from the casino's where i deposit the most.

Got €5 from gday where i made one deposit from €20, got €1 cashback next day and made it to a withdraw of €650 :)

I just had a birthday got two bonuses:

£10 at winner casino + £5 at poker stars (casino only).

Nothing from any of my regular casinos. Was the same last year, don't expect anything much anymore. Not like the old days.
 
I'd love to get at least a hundred pounds worth of chips for my birthday.

I did get wishes when i popped in to 3dice chat to say hi, always feel the love on the chat although i dont deposit there lately.

Maybe its still early,... really not expecting any freebies.... but would think that it would be automatic for casinos to at least send a bday greeting to customers.

Very few care these days. The best you can do is to either visit the casinos where you usually play and ask support, or you send a message to their rep here.

I gamble way too much at a small number of my favourite casinos but i love it. So far in the last 6 weeks I've deposited about $15,000 according to Skrill which includes reinvesting winnings.

The only casino that regularly gives me a birthday bonus is 3Dice which is undeserved because I don't play there often. For some others i spend $500+ per week and don't get anything, which is ok because nothing is expected.

I was thinking long and hard about asking for any bonuses... but curiosity got the best of me. Since VS is where i almost exclusively play at this year, i spoke to support. I am not a highroller but i play almost daily the last years and i have come up pretty even give or take 20%, which is good i think. Averagely deposit anywhere between 400-1000 a month depending how well i go. This month and probably from here on out, i will probably cut down by a lot... having only deposited 35 so far. Its the summer holidays so i am taking a break. CS was polite and after consideration, they game me 10 freespins on either starburst or gonzo and i won 0.27 from it, or something like that. Switched to gemix, bet 0.1 and actually had quite a few mins of play time.... but tanked in the end.
No other freebies from anywhere else, but can be expected since i dont play anywhere else lately.

That wasn't much. Really it was very bad of VS.
I know they give out a lot of small money all the time for different things, but I would rather have a birthday bonus once a year than the cashback. That's me though but I like to feel special at least once a year :)
 
Personally these days I never ask for any kind of comp. And dont expect anything on my birthday which is exactly what I got last year nowt ;-)

But my deposits are way way down from what they used to be. Back in the day I would get freebies given almost every where 3 Dice being the best by what I recall but dont play there now.

I dont think Casinos have any kind of obligation - we pays our dosh and takes our chances. I am also no where near being a VIP anywhere as my self imposed limits don't allow me to deposit over X certain amount.
And I am very irratic with my loyalty over all. But VS seems to be my goto Casino this year. As for any other kind of bonus I wont take any now unless its 100 or more % with 30 xs Play through on the bonus only
which are few and far between. My over all cash outs are more since I stopped bonus hunting.
 
I feel the reason Casino's you regularly deposit don't spoil us with freebies, is because of that fact. Regular customers are going to play there no matter what.

The sites that do give you a freebie are ALWAYS sites you haven't played in a very long time.

They see your B'day as an opportunity to rope or lure you back to their site, in the hope you think they do this every year. Maybe there is a site or 2 that do, but I'm yet to see it.

It's always nice when a casino does give you something, as it gives you that "Xmas day" feeling.

Either way I am not bothered though.

On a side note, and I think this is slightly funny.

When sites do give you freespins or a free chip on your B'day; it almost feels like they think you are loaded with cash, because they think people are showering you with money because you've orbited the sun one more time.

When will they understand that we are adults and we don't get nice things :p

:) Anyway, not really complaining, it is what it is. My guess is they checked my deposits this month only and it was low.
Never got good comps in the past and only playing much the last 5 years or so, just thought i'd add to this topic.

My Birthday on Wednesday at least I know 32 Red will be nice to me. Six months has gone since my last car registration and its due again on my birthday, now that's a nice gift lol

My birthday was September 15.

Happy birthday Mina! In the last couple of years I have found in general my birthday bonuses to be lacking. I got a few from casinos I rarely deposit at but was largely ignored by my regular haunts with the exception of course of 32Red. 32Red is always good. 3 or 4 years ago I was inundated with birthday freebies from most of the casinos I play at. These days not so much! Hope you got a few and managed a withdraw which seems to be like finding the holy grail these days. :lolup:

Why would casino want to give you any think if your already giving them your cash? Same goes with bonus / free games, why give any when your already giving them your cash?

It makes sense for a casino that you do not regularly play at due to an excuse to send an email out & to get you back on site,

What would also make sense if a regular casino you play out often gives you something back, None of this first 100 players etc, I know sites have a bonus structure in place like point's, But there called points for a reason, Because they are PointLESS

Words spoken true Spintee. I usually stick with casinos that value my loyalty. I also think if you lose a couple of grand at a casino in a year or less then they should offer a nominal birthday bonus to keep you coming back otherwise one might feel undervalued and walk away. There are many good casinos out there and I do like to patronize the ones where I feel valued whether I win or lose. I also understand that cashing out on free chips is kinda rare but I do enjoy the playtime I get on them. So Reps out there value your longtime players or you might find them flying the coop!

Almost felt like I'd written this lol, Could not agree more!

The bit that frustrates me is that comps will make the punters feel real valued, appreciated and most importantly keep us depositing.

The Casinos have great 'protection' in that the chance of a 'free cash out' is protected by i) The associated WR ii) We are GAMBLERS, chances are if we do meet WR we'll spunk most of it back anyway and deposit any cash outs back in coming days/weeks!

Not only protected by The associated WR, But alot of chips are capped, Yes alot at casino digression but I tell you one thing for sure, If you do manage to receive free chips, manage the wager and take out more than the casino digression than a guaranteed fact that discretion will come into force pretty dam quick,

True. Most businesses understand that in order to keep customers coming back the need to reward them. For example my regular supermarket is Dunnes Stores and they give me a €10 off my next shop when I spend €50 or more which is great since I usually spend that much anyway. Without rewards like that I'd be shopping at Tescos which are great but don't offer the same level of rewards. Both chains are basically the same so I go back to the one that gives me the most bang for my buck.

What I am saying even if a freebie has a large WR and a cap on the payout a freebie is a freebie and if you are on an unlucky streak then something is better than nothing! Most land based casinos offer half way decent comps yet you have online casinos like Rizk (awesome casino and support BTW) which keep offering you 5 free spins on the same crappy slots for each level you achieve and I don't even know if they do birthday bonuses!

Agreed, I made a post once about the tesco clubcard boost, Its a shame as finished now after all the years, Its still there but only for certain things, Not shop wise such as double up,

But at the end of the year I like had £200 and double up to spend so £400 on most things in the shop, T.V's etc, and rember this thing was free just for shopping, I agree me and my mum went there mostly but as the points build up its a nice gift comes xmax,

I also got a necter card for sainsubury and they send coupon as I do not shop there much but last ones was spend £50 for £10 off thats 20%of my bill,x4 coupons, 1 aweek for a month, If you only go there to get the best deals such as half price deals than go tesco and buy there half price shit, Reason being these shops are saying we give you 10% back if dear than the next, well it does not work out like that, As if you go tesco and by some stuff and than go next shop it would be about the same, Due to in shop shop one thing will be discounted and in the next shop another thing will be discounted so it weighs it self out

But if you go to one shop and get discount stuff and go to next and get there discount stuff I will guarantee you be saving at least 40%

Sainsbury may say you saved 4p than tesco may say you saved 7p and eacth basket cost £100, Now go and buy the discount stuff at one shop and than the other, I will guarantee you save £40, Some people are not botherd as got to much cash, I not really botherd either and I not got load cash but I am on my own, But a big family that can make a hell of a difference,

Now banging on about best buys lol, It pops up in my head,. I rember now what that old thread was about, It was about the lenour fabric washing stuff, I picked up one on them magazines in tesco and it had a £1.50 coupon off or something, so once they was half price and used the coupon it cost nothing or silly 50p

Edit:: Lost track there lol, Yes they have to keep you happy or your gone, Do you think if I shop at sainsbury every day they send them vouchers?

In Ireland Tesco isn't so generous and there is no Sainsbury's or Nectar cards here. We do have Aldi and Lidl but where I live getting there is very much out of my way besides I am not a huge fan. I would love if they had a Sainsbury's here since they look like they have a decent selection and could possibly cheaper than Marks and Spencer which I can't afford to food shop at. You Brits are spoiled for choice where supermarkets are concerned:D

Still it's nice to be rewarded for your loyalty to any establishment.

My mum is half Irish, My Grandad Is pure but Rest in piece to him that died just a few years back, I got loads back there including my Uncle which he is priest, Even he came late to funeral

I got shit all near me, I have morisons a 10 min walk, saisnasbury just under and tesco double that one, But I not walk, Thats what mums are for, I do not not need to rellay on that shit no more but I do, When police track you every secound its hard,

I am no pervet, No bank robber, No burgler / No drug dealer, I cannot piss now days without getting held up, And the best thing about it I have no money ? what the feck do they want?
