Not sure if many people use Binance, but looks like they have been hit very hard this morning - current estimate is 6.3 billion

Watched this play out pretty much live as it happened on my X feed last night. $6.3bn is an insane amount of money, enough to bring down many banks.

I bet all those people who have crypto currently stored with exchanges are now stressing out. Will be interesting to see what happens once Binance enables withdrawals again!

I have been carrying out my own investigation - I think it was @L&L-Jan covering the fine from UKGC and taking a little bit for himself

I can imagine a lot of people stressing mate - and no idea how long it will take to sort the mess out.

Will be interesting to see if other companies start blocking trading (at least for today) - I know two have already (from the article).
