I'm new here so I'm not sure I'm playing this in the right place . I won't go into too many details yet incase I'm breaking rules to do so.

Basically I have an issue with BigbangCasino that I'd like resolving.

What's the best way to have this looked at please as their customer service is just not replying to my messages.

Hi, welcome to Casinomeister I don't likes the looks of it I don't think I'd ever play there.. It has United Kingdom in the countrys but when I choose my country on a casino, it normaly starts from A-Z not S-P-B-U ??? Even that just puts me off... No details about the group right at the bottom of the home page (Like 99% of casinos DO) Big Bang Casino is the other 1%

the style of their site reminds me of some kind of public mortician of curacao...

I just stick to the top end sites now or just look in the accredited section here that accept UK, a nice trustworthy site I think I'm on more than enough casinos for now.

They're using the same NetEnt server address as the dodgy AffPower sites. So it's very likely there's a connection

- Further, the writing is not professional, more like from a kid from secondary school.

hopefully for their customers they are aN more reliable casino than aN jurisdiction run by imho parttime amateurs on an island which is known for aN reliable online gambling business - such as those reliable operations called europlay etc.

I'm most certainly not advertising then and wouldn't recommend them in the slightest.
