BGO - stopped giving out bonuses except free spins?

Hello,

I used to almost always use their offers of 50 - 100% cash deposit bonuses, but in the last months all I ever got is "Deposit up to £50, and get 50 Freespins" which is crap and bad value to the deposit bonuses instead.

I am level 4 loyalty, but I would never really deposit there without a deposit bonus.
Has anyone else received any bonuses from them except freespins offers?

Yeah, got the same. Perhaps this is what casinos are doing now by moving away from the straight deposit matches. Seeing less and less of the bastards.

50x?? Are they struggling financially or something since they are having these poor bonuses?

Too generous? How so? It's all been mostly 50% and the occasional 100% + they got ridiculous game restrictions, so I would not say so

They finally came up with a half decent deposit bonus of 50% now, but terms does not make sense:

" 50x wagering on winnings" If it was freespins I would understand, but this is bonus money? Even then its pretty steep, but lets ignore that for now.

I assume, they just copy pasted the freespins terms on accident here as it does not make sense otherwise.

However they have increased the wagering from bonusx35 to bonusx50 and have a 3 day expiry which would mean £10000 of wagering within 72 hours.They have also recently revised their excluded games and now have 130 games (including some table games) which cannot be played with bonus funds which is frankly ridiculous.
I reckon 'The Boss' has had a massive pay rise and they need to find a way to fund it.

I reckon people should leave bgo and powerspins in there droves. The customer service is appalling. Not to mention there 'offers'
These big adverts on tv are all well and good, but at the end of the day the paying customer wants decent service And offers for the money they spend.
Sadly this group doesn't offer this.
