What on earth is going on with their live chat its always unavailable

There is no phone number for them (well not on I can find), general emails take ages to answer.

Is it the same for everyone or am I just unlucky trying to reach them at busy times

Morning nope its pretty hard to get hold of them per live chat or e mails , they do answer emails just clearly not under 24 hours , one thing they need to address this year.

In personal experience, I usually opt straight for the email and avoid chat.

Was waiting to connect 30+ minutes Friday night and actually BUSTED whilst waiting, (yes the wait was that long or the bust that quick whichever way you want to look at it lol)

E-mails in the past have been answered within the hour for me, although this past couple of weeks (probs due to Christmas / NY) they've been taking a lot longer.

yer , but i tend to email vip if i have any problems , i heard some was saying some matches & things , but upon login i found nothing there , couldn't be bothered to email & go chasing , seems live chat is on/off when i've tried using them , plus they cannot do a lot for me , they always say contact vip rep for stuff , so im used to doing that now , not that i've been playing much over xmas, lack of promos other than free spins.

yep that's the other problem with them ,amongst a few other irritating things , but on a whole there not bad at all.

Rathter than post a new thread I post it here. After attempting to at least break even after £150 in deposits in BGO I have found myself battling this half way though.

And the above was a compliment to what I witnessed prior.Sometimes 6 or more have been missing.
If a customer wishes to play in your casino with some form of reasonable investment should they not at least be able to see what they have in front of them?
And they wonder why their profit is in question!
