BGO Entertainment to Close all Operations

I can second that - Genesis (Cruise, Sloty, Pelaa etc) went through that exact same process. They appealed and had their license reinstated 2-3 months later. They were the group (as an affiliate) I had more players at than any other by a long way and afterwards there was literally a dribble of activity from near enough a thousand players I had recruited over 5 years, it nosedived off the edge. Picking up now a bit but the damage was done and about a year later account activity is one of my lowest. :mad:

The difference between them and BGO is that the UK is only one of their markets; they are quite big in many Geos so could afford the strategy to return and the costs of the setback.
Genesis are now doing the bank statement,payslips and all that BS now that they have their licences back. I wont,nor can't give them what they are asking and I suspect many other UK punters are doing the same and staying away.
 
Not being a smartarse here but I’ve seen many responses from yourself and other respected moderators suggesting they should contact the rep before ranting publicly. Have you tried that? I haven’t received anything so apologies if it was lost it’s been a whirlwind of a few months.

The company is being wound down but we are paying debts unlike many others. As I mentioned above.

PM me with your affiliate ID please and I’ll check it out on Monday and I will do my best to get you paid before it’s all wound down.

Hardly a rant, just stating a fact. And to be fair, the normal procedure when this occurs is that the programme contacts the aff to inform them of the closure procedure. So I assumed with the account gone and no contact that it was done and dusted. But you make a reasonable point about the PM and it is on its way!

I couldn't call it BS as such, you mean they are now, after a close escape, fully complying with UKGC directives. Yes, it's an ass-pain but for non-UK based operators who don't use full credit searches (like the bookies must do as they don't seem to ever request such detailed documentary evidence) it's a must.

The bookies are using credit bureaus, yes. I noticed when I logged into WillHill the other day it popped up saying they’re using Transunion.

The whole process is BS,although it's not exactly Genesis fault that you now need to provide stool samples to access online casinos in the UK.

Stool samples are a touch on the dirty side, but a lot safer, here's my story.

About 12 month's or so back, I was approached by all the casinos I'd ever joined to provide blood and semen samples.

Just over 9 month's after I'd complied, I have been approached by the CSA to explain my absence and explain also how I plan to financially support my 25 newborn children.

I am totally shocked at the way they tricked you.
