Hey everyone, i was wondering what everyones experience with BGO has been?
I just signed up earlier today and managed to win a fair bit (2 grand).
I have sent off ID documents without being asked, which i have started to do on every casino i sign up too.
After i signed up i started reading some reviews, it seems to get a lot of poor reviews and their facebook page is just full of people saying how they wont let them withdraw their winnings, so im now starting to panic a bit.

Hopefully you guys can put my mind at rest.
Oh yeah, i never accepted any bonuses, i just played with the money i deposited.

Thanks!

I wouldn't worry at all.

The fact you've played cash only assures me more than there will not be any problems, the only thing I could hope you have not done is registered more than one account over time.

I also have never been asked for ID docs from these guys, I think being in the UK they can pretty much verify our accounts electronically using electoral register and other secure methods. That being said no harm in sending your doc's over preemptively

Now I've reassured you a bit (I hope), BGO are making goof efforts to become one of the better known, trustworthy and well run casinos in my opinion. They are also going the right way about doing it.

I have made several deposits over a long time frame at BGO, some with, some without bonuses.

On those days when lady luck has been with me, I have always been paid out in full and within a fair time frame.

Recent withdrawals to my Skrill e-wallet have been very fast!

I played their as recently as Wednesday and they have active and helpful reps here at CasinoMeister.

Their support team are also pretty good, live help gets very busy so I'd recommend an e-mail using the form on their site itself if you seek further reassurances.

You could always pop onto chat and use the excuse you want to see if your docs arrived safely and go on to ask when your cash out will be processed.

With the Christmas period and bank holidays fast approaching, be prepared you may get it next week unless they process it as I type maybe get it tomorrow lol

Good luck

Hi you shouldn't have any problems may take a little longer than normal due to id docs , but apart from that they're a good outfit.

As to if your get paid providing you haven't broken any rules , i've never not been paid normally within two days , i play there quite often.

well done on your win !

edit beat me too it John

bit of an overstatement, I see 2 people!!

Anyway I have never had any problems with them and they are accredited here.

If everything is OK with your docs etc then you will be fine

Thanks a lot buddy! That was the only thing i could think if i had already had an account there.
I created an account today because i kept getting emails from them saying sign up now. I did a quick check of my email addresses and it said no accounts existed for them, however im now wondering (probably a bit too late) how they got my email address in the first place to keep emailing me asking me to sign up?

Oh well i guess worrying about it isnt going to make it get processed any faster!
I saw a post on these forums from a few years ago where a rep commented and said to contact him and he would speed the withdrawal process up, do you know if the current rep can do anything like that? Especially with it being christmas  haha.

Thanks again

Did not want to bring this up on here but hey ho, my hands been forced lol :p

A 3rd party affiliate is currently sending out an excessive volume of spam regarding BGO this past week or so. I am receiving the sign up offer to both my Yahoo and Hotmail addy's on a daily basis.

Rather than worry about it (spam used to wind me right up but let it go over my head now) I just delete em.

Could be way off the mark but a part of your latest response worries me than you may have another account, checking emails is usually unnecessary. I am a member of over 80 casinos (yes 80!) but I know where I have signed up and where I have not - no need for checking email accounts etc, just a thought not an accusation btw, maybe I was blessed with a cracking memory :p

Yeah i definitely dont, i was just wondering how they had my email address already but youve answered that one for me :)
Id definitely remember if i had already signed up cos theres no way id forget that Vern Troyer is used on the adds :p

I see BGO have this week launched "powerspins.com" giving free spins instead of match bonuses.

Tried signing up earlier but it said my e-mail address was already in use so not sure if you can have a BGO account and PowerSpins?

Not interested in this casino so I have no clue where they got my e-mailaddress from.

Just log in with bgo username and password. Can still use the 50 welcome free spins as well.

Just to put you at ease we of course honour all legitimate pay-outs, we're an accredited casino and would never stop a player withdrawing any money they are entitled to.

A lot of complaints you will see, about us or a lot of other accredited casinos, will be from people who haven't read the terms and conditions properly and fallen foul of breaking them.

If you ever have any problems or concerns, please get in touch and I'll always answer.

Thanks,
Sam

Hi everyone,

In addition to speaking privately with jono777 regarding this issue, we have also contacted the affiliate and have informed them that we would like to mailers being sent out to stop as we don't believe in players receiving the same e-mails daily (twice a day in jono's case).

Many thanks to jono777 for bringing this to our attention and if anyone else experiences any similar issues, please drop me a PM.

Thanks,

Glenn

My main concern is not so much whether we get sent this shite once or twice a day, but HOW we get sent it. I'm another who gets BGO spam without being a player or signing up. This is another example of affiliates using lists from marketers that include unethically non-DPA compliant address sources. There is always a layer or two between the casinos and dodgy marketing and spamming.

IMO you should NEVER get affiliate spam unless you specifically sign-up for latest offers on that specific affiliate site.

As for unsubscribe buttons, for pity's sake has ANYONE ever seen one work for spamming affiliate e-mails or other casino direct marketing? It's only there to appear kosher to for the authorities.

Hi Richy,

Please can you forward the e-mail to me and I'll look into this. My e-mail address is glenn.joyce@bgoworld.com

Thanks,

Glenn

Hi Glenn,

I would have done, but as of about 2.30am this morning I cleared out my e-mail trash and spam files, sorry! Due to the amount of spam coming through, every now and then I have a clean up of my e-mail files. I'll have a look to see if they can be retrieved, but doubt it.

Cheers

Richard

Hi Richard,

No worries, I think I've received the same e-mail so I should be able to trace it back.

Thanks for checking :)
