Just tried out Bgo casino and i made a deposit of £10 and met the wagering requirements,to the withdrawal of £750.Now after reading a lot of reviews about bonuses with this company i feel a little deflated anyone had any withdrawals off them with first time deposits .

Don't worry I am sure if you didn't break any of their rules (terms and conditions for bonuses) you will be fine. I have never read about bgo not paying a customer who played by the rules their winnings. In this, the most important aspect of an online casino, BGO are top notch.

The slightly negative comments about BGO here recently appear mostly to be because it seems they have changed management and the new management has banned a lot of players from bonuses. They also used to have an excellent rep in this forum in the form of Paul who has now left. I don't think the new rep has even shown his face yet.

I should not worry to much, I deposit small and have had a good few withdraws, Not in the region of your cash out but like 100 - 200,
I still getting many bonus emails but I think they would like to see some of that cash back so I do not think they will bonus ban you YET

It is true that they have had many of changes, Saying that a lot of sites have, It went from a small bingo site that changed name into a massive casino, Them adverts do not come cheap and they have took over the television in the U.K, Normally when sites get big they go all silly and lose respect, My withdraws have been pretty fast also,

As long as you didn't break any rules you should be all good, There are some not allowed games low, So hope you read that part, In all fairness to the site you cannot miss them

I get onto support, live help is hit and miss (as to its availability) but they usually respond to emails very quickly.

IIRC their pending period is 12 hours, although players did used to be able to choose their own at the time of withdrawal, why I shall never know (apart from the rich reversers among us )

Been playing at bgo for a long time now and they are straight as they come as far as withdrawals and my experience I've never once had issues with payouts of any amount
Seem a good solid site and offer quite a few bonus throughout the year

They are a good,solid casino and the bonus offers they send out are probably the best out there.The recent gripes are due to the fact that they have only a 24 hour time period to complete the wagering.All the bonus offers I have received recently have this stipulation and the offers have been as high as a 100% match on a deposit of £1000.So unless you are a high roller you are looking to meet wagering of £40000 in 24 hours which is hardly a policy to encourage responsible gambling.
The option to choose a pending time on withdrawals seems to have disappeared and the new rep is conspicuous by his absence.

....Well after 3 weeks (maybe more) of no offers via email (whereas they used to land daily, sometimes twice in a day!!) I got a 'Where have you been' type of e-mail offering me a 200% bonus where you HAVE to deposit £25 to get the bonus (D+Bx20) - £1500WR, doable IMO.

Gonna check T&C of the offer first but thinking good chance I will give it a go,report back later if any issues etc!

Well I got an offer earlier today to claim a £500 reload bonus TWICE.I could deposit up to £500 and then immediately repeat the deposit which would have a total of £1000 deposit plus £1000 bonus.Once again,however,in the terms and conditions the time period was 24 hours so I have no idea what is going on.Maybe the bonuses are being tailored according to the VIP level (I have reached floor 4) but I am afraid they will not seeing anymore of my money until they change the ridiculous 24 hour time period.

Well I went for the offer, started well on Rhino but then it went into guzzle mode - Montezuma not so bad but very laggy, plenty of features on SMM with re-triggers but all pointless as none triggered with the SMM symbol, just basic bonus rounds. None of my fave Netent games would load up (Egg O, Creature, Twit Spit)

So although not the worst experience, not something I will repeat in a hurry!
