Go play some BTG games, 3k of spins is far from unusual, between bonuses, and while 1000 spins without a bonus may seem ridiculous to you, it's normal to a lot of players on HV games.

The RTP can be made up in different ways though can't it. I don't know the game but if it's high volatility with massive win potential then a lot of the RTP might be built into those very rare massive wins that will balance out all the thousands of dead spins. It doesn't mean its rigged

Is it just me or the casinos running on softswiss platform choose to display the bonus related terms or not when you enter the code in the deposit menu. It’s always only the ones that doesnt display the details that arent working. If you take a reload code at cobra casino for exemple, 100% sure it wont work and support will find a way not to honor it. Thats the not case at slotum though. They send promos with details missing but at least they don’t bs you in any way.
