Hi,

My name is Christopher *snip*. I have a serious complaint to make against 'Winner Club Casino' regarding their actions towards me.

Please read the following as I wish to get Winner Club Casino blacklisted on as many sites as possible to stop what happened to me happening to someone else. I have already contacted their regulatory body and I am now contacting all casino sites I can find.

I will provide a brief summary of the issues in this email but I can provide much evidence from talking to their support teams that backup my claims completely.

Winner Club Casino have refused to pay me the money I am owed. I am owed £2520 which I won on their casino.

I like to ensure I know the terms of bonuses before I play at a casino and so I thoroughly read the terms and saved copies of them on the day to ensure that if the terms changed since, I would have a copy of the terms at the time I played on their casino.

I received an initial 'no deposit' bonus with a withdrawable limit of £200. I played through the wagering requirements of £1500 and did not make a withdrawal. Then, I made a deposit of £50 and accepted another bonus of £100, a match bonus on my deposit. The wagering requirements were £3750 for this new bonus with its own terms. I played through the wagering requirements for this bonus too. Since the wagering requirements were £3750 I basically played through my whole balance plus some extra.

Before I withdrew any money I confirmed with a chat rep that all my winnings would be mine since I had accepted a deposit bonus and only if I completed those wagering requirements too. I have proof of this conversation. I was told by the chat rep that £130 (the amount of both the no deposit and deposit bonuses) would be removed upon withdrawal but the rest of the money would be withdrawable to me. I have proof of this conversation and many others.

I withdrew £2900 from my account and was sent only £250. I have been in talks with winner club casino ever since and they refuse to pay me the remaining balance which is:

£2650 - £130 (bonuses) = £2520

From talks with them after withdrawing and not receiving my money I have evidence proving they contradict themselves on a number of occasions and make ridiculous admissions. One such admission basically states the following:

"No matter how many deposits you make on the casino over any period of time, you can never withdraw more than £200+deposits if you accepted the no deposit bonus"

That's basically saying, you can never win ever in your life at winner club casino (or if you do, never ever withdraw any money more than £200!). I've never heard anything so ridiculous and foul play comes into mind.

Please get back in touch with me as soon as you can, please tell me what you would like from myself. I have a lot of evidence I can send to you proving they stated all the winnings would be withdrawable to myself once I completed the wagering requirements and I have evidence of them stating the OPPOSITE after I withdrew.

This needs action before anyone else becomes a victim of their foul play.

I wish to get Winner Club Casino blacklisted on as many sites as possible to stop what happened to me happening to someone else. I have already contacted their regulatory body and I am now contacting all casino sites I can find.

Best Regards, Christopher *snip*

This thread is 11 years old and the account you replied to is dormant. A kind mod will move us into a new thread later today.

With that said, which casino have you got money stuck in? It can't be this one as it closed down.

Yes, I think you got the wrong thread here, check again and post a new one with the correct casino - it's possible the name could have been resurrected/spoofed by scammers, if that's the case still post a new thread as it's a different matter to this original old thread!

Thanks!

I'm having a issue with these people right now as we speak! I also started playing on a bonus they emailed me, which was a $3900 bonus sent to so many people... I've won $15,726.48 now all the sudden they are wanting me to do a $100 verification deposit so I can withdrawal my money??
Someone please tell me if you know this casino and what you think I should do??
Thanks ,
Meagan

WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T PAY THE $100!!!

It's a scam, 100%.

No legitimate casino throws $3900 chips around then lets you cash out. The games are rigged to pay over 100% RTP so every recipient of the bonus chip 'wins'. Then they try and get money from you to 'withdraw' these fake winnings. The balance you have is simply a fake demo credit amount to tempt you.

Close the account, change your e-mail if possible and walk away. Before you do, try and change your personal details if you can to fictional ones as they will sell them on to other scammers.

OK, have moved these posts from another old thread which had a casino of a similar name 11 years ago!

The modern incarnation is another free chip scam, the games pay over 100% then they try and charge a fee to withdraw your imaginary and fake winnings!

EDIT - the irony here is this new scam has used the name of an old site which was just as rogue back then! 🤪

No, you're not. You're more likely to be the next human to walk on the moon.

Have you found anything out about this? I think my friend was scammed too. But she doesn't believe me and she paid the 100$. So I was hoping NOW do you believe me? She thinks it's legit. Has anything developed from this.

Unfortunately, you may just be correct. Refer your friend to Casinomeister. There is a wealth of information on here.

If you have uncertainty about the legitimacy of a particular casino, you could always ask the community. For most members, it's rather easy to spot a scammer.

You can also read more about it here:

You never EVER EVER PAY to get your money. It’s a scam -

Site is clearly not legit ; so stop depositing for one , and two walk away - anything you won is non existent and anything you have deposited is also long gone …

She was scammed, 100%. If something seems too good to be true etc. etc......

the best way to show her it was a scam is probably to show a handful of other sites that have equally terrible URLs and are just exact clones of the scam website she played on.

Thank u guys for all the helpful information. Yall save all the time cause whenever something seems to good to he true I come here to find out what the people have to say and it's always on point.I also received 4500 from winners club and now my balance is at 13,876.78 but you know whose not about to pay 100 for a verification fee I told them how bout you lend me 100 and I will give u 500 back,I'm still waiting on a reply. So whenever they lend me 100 then I will pay the fee until then fuck off.

Me too. I made the same mistake with them too by depositing money after money and to tell me i need to deposit $200 more dollars. That was the last of money over all

Too bad we can't go after the bitcoin companies that knowly do business with site knowing its not legit and still process hundreds of the initial 100 verification....as soon as you do they say they need 200 to verify wallet good luck bs
