BEWARE of 7spins. I played at this casino several times since 2010 and lost $1400 during that period. I recently received free chips which I had to play 99 times. I made the 99x playthrough requirements and won $3000. When I asked about the winnings, a condescending customer representative told me that my winnings were limited to $200 and that I had to make another deposit within 5 days if I wanted to claim that gain, stating that they were not a charity organisation. Even if I already purchased $1400 of chips before. Smelling something fishy, I double checked casino reviews to see that they were BLACKLISTED for that kind of behavior. They will give you free chips ONLY to get you to make other deposits. And something tells me that you won’t ever see that money again. This is a terrible casino. Don’t put your money there. BEWARE.

I totally understand how frustrating losing that big win is, but to be fair most casinos put a cap on winning from free-chips and it IS stated in the T&Cs that the max you can withdraw is $200...

Don't know why they are asking you to deposit to claim if you've already deposited previously...

I am not trying to learn anything here. I am aware that I should have known better. I know free chips gains are limited. But, forcing people to make another deposit after a gain was a first for me. If you have never deposited, I say fine. But if you already chipped in $1400 in their ''charity organisation'', I smell something really weird.

This casino is blacklisted on other review sites. They will try and trick you to put money back in regardless of your previous history. As I read other posts all over casino review sites, I found people living similar experiences: not being paid, receive rude comments from customer service, have their account frozen etc...

The purpose of my post is to send a message to players: Beware of 7spins, stay away from them and look for Casinos with good reputation. William Hill is a good example. There are others too.

Just trying to help other fellow players.
