Hi all, been waiting for a payout from Betway for over 24 hours now, nothing is changing on the withdrawal pages, is this usual for them?
I have had payouts before from them but never this long.

It's the weekend. Some sites continue to process payments over it,some do not. Expect the payment on Monday or Tuesday.

Still not received anything and not even moved on the tracker, and can’t get hold of support.

you might be out of luck till after boxing day although i'm not sure about the general downtimes with payout teams around christmas
