Betsafe withdrawal

I dont know if i should be worried

I play betsafe almost daily n as u know thy hardly ever offer a bonus so its always with cash

They had a offer of 100 fs if u wager 100 on divine slot, i deposited 20 n lost without wagerin 100 then deposited another 16 n met the wagering

Lost 30 left then played fs n won 30, and got lucky on doa(surprise) made the wagerin and made a withdrawal

Normally withdrawals i get are instant from betsafe, but now this one has been pending 2 days n first they said if its not processed within 24 hours contact us n we'll deal with it straight away n then when that passed, i contacted them n received a reply sayin it needs to be reviewed

Now today i get an even stranger reply

I'm fully verified n never have had a problem with any casino before. Main reason i play betsafe is instant withdrawals so if this is the case where withdrawals arent instant I will not be playing there again

I dont know what they need to review as 90% of wagering was done on doa at 0.45, the rest on IR, RR and playboy at max 60p so can't have broken any max bet

The don't exclude DoA from wagering like many casinos then?

I experienced a similar delay yesterday.

That's what sprang to mind when I first read this thread.

Went and checked bonus terms and conditions and no mention of DOA being excluded

....in fact no mention of ANY games being excluded - Unusual to say the least!

No they don't exclude DOA from any bonus play

Got the withdrawal today but will wait for rep to let me know if this is now normal time frame for withdrawals

Play them a lot cuz of instant withdrawals but last 2 have taken unusually longer
