I have not copy chat with support, Here I write down main point;

me:Yesterday, You support told me you will process my cashout at the end of day, but I have not got money.
support:...delay..reason not showing...manager.. contact us on next Monday.
me:not availiable at Monday, pls send me a email to update.
support: email?
me: XXX@
support: Do you want me put the same infomation in that email?
me: (&*^&%^%) How do you know that information will be same on Monday?
support:what is your name?
me: XXX
support: Is this your account and your wife's account?
me: (^&^^%^%$$$, how can he know I am married or not , FBI?!) , I have a trip to Montana.

You must not play very much. As near as I can tell (and your grammar is hard to read), you cashed out on a Saturday, expected the money to be in your account the same day, now you're upset that it's not? Come on man....taking into account that it's a weekend, I think you could have waited a little bit to start ragging on this casino. If the money hits your account on Monday (even Tuesday), that doesn't remotely qualify as a "late pay".
 
I cashout Oct,13, "Yesterday" means Oct,20, you have Good imagination, but that doesn't remotely qualify as a "same day".
Sorry, that is a different story. A week does not necessarily mean you won't see your money, but a week is a pretty long time, especially since you're not getting straight answers. A reasonable time is 24-48 hours, although many (most) casinos pay quicker. When I first started playing a couple of years ago, it took almost 3 weeks to get paid from Golden Palace (or Crystal Palace, I can't remember which). It was a $5000 cashout, so I was concerned, but I got paid. In fact, I've never been stiffed by any casino. Ever. Hopefully you will get paid too. Good luck.
