Hi I'm new to this site, I've played at loads of other bingo and casino sites and never had problems with payouts, customer service, bonuses etc. I set up an account with Betluck am having problems with receiving my winnings and they are not responding to my emails, they have stopped acknowledging them. Has anyone used them before? I'll explain what's happened, opened account o 31.1, made a small deposit, was given a bonus which was removed before I played, by.email, phone and manually by myself so.that was fine. I.won 600 on Bigfoot so withdrew to bank as this was only option if you deposited by card.
I had to send in docs which were quickly verified anId I received an email confirming my.withdrawal was processed and the funds would be with me "soon". Their website doesn't tell you how ling though but it turns out it's 5-7 work days. Well 9 days later and despite 2 emails from them assuring Id have themoney by the start of this week I have nothing! And now.they are ignoring my emails since 31.1 not even an automatic receptor. So I've been emailing plus-fi've too a.d called their support who said they'd get someone to contact me

Can anyohe help?! I'm getting really angry, I've never had such bad service before.
 
does that mean i should put a PAB in? or telling me off for my post? lol, well i think i should put a PAB in as they sent me a mail saying my withdrawal had failed and to send bank details for instant payment, heeard nothing back, mauiled them again today and they said error in processing can you send your details. i sent them again and pointed out they have already had them and to check their mail!

today i joined 32red and am much happier with them!
