Hello,
I am a VIP of Betfred and deposit several thousand a week, wagering tens of thousands.
The VIP support team are wonderfully helpful and friendly - cannot knock them - but am just wondering about the lack of loyalty bonus. My VIP reps have basically told me that bonus is only given on losses, so no bonus is offered when you're 'ahead'. A cash bonus on losses is offered at 5%. And the only bonus I have received (twice now) is a deposit match up to £250, with a x1 wagering requirement. I was happy with it, but what ever happened to cashdrops where your loyalty is rewarded regardless of wins or losses? Other casinos I have played at, I have been made a VIP based on deposits and wagering, and the bonuses have been a lot more generous regardless of whether I have won or lost.
This is not a complaint so did not want to put it in that section, I am just interested to hear about anybody elses experience of being a Betfred VIP!
No worries though as I thoroughly enjoy using Betfred and have been quite successful.
