betfred stalling payment

|Betfrd are stalling my payout. They say all withdrawals within 48 hrs. 4 days later my withdrawal still pending. Chat are vague and repetitive. All docs verified and no other problems with acc. I was told to reverse the withdrawal if I wanted it out of pending. They are saying they do not have a timeframe for my withdrawal, it could be tonight (5 days pending) or it could be the next day, they just can't say!!! Has anyone else ever played at a casino with indefinite pending times? What's really annoying is the chat give one excuse and when I tell them i have acc verified they change the reason and so it goes on . They have treated me like an idiot begging for my money. Why do casinos do this? If they had paid out I would have probably deposited again, I didn't even win that much considering I deposited £900 in one day. I came away about £475 up! time wasters!

To begin with, did you request your withdrawal during the weekend? This might cause some delay.
Also, Monday was a bank holiday, so that causes delay as well.

Last but not least, why create two threads regarding the same issue?

Yes it was a weekend but Betfred pays out at weekends. It was not so much the delay but the duplicitous statements given. If the casino told me straight from the start what the problem was and when this would be sorted out then I still would of been disappointed but I would of felt it was being dealt with. I know when I am being given the run around. Who wants to be told they have no idea when the withdrawal would be processed after 4 days? That is not good enough. They told me they didn't need any docs, i am registered at my address 12 years and I know they do checks. I offered to send them but there was no need. Then I was told it was because of the bank holiday, various times I was told it was being processed and it was clearly still pending. Then they asked for docs after 3 days which I sent straight away. Then told they were verified but still they had no idea when my withdrawal would be processed and if I wanted it removed from pending I should reverse it. If it was being processed, how could I reverse it? It went on and on, a load of rubbish that was an insult to listen to. Then said they had to do security checks, I then told them again my docs were already verified. I was at no point rude to the service providers and had every right to expect an explanation of why my withdrawal was still pending and a time frame for processing. I do not want to play at casinos like this and will not play here again.
Still waiting for my withdrawal.
I posted twice because I am not very familair with this site and was not sure where to put this. I would want to know if I was thinking of betting there how they treat their customers. Perhaps others won't mind this sort of service but personally I find it unacceptable. Just my opinion.

Just an update if any one interessted. Now told by chat it will be processed in 48 hrs and should reach my account in 5 working days after that. So all in all 2 whole weeks for a withdrawal. Ok so i have had problems in the past with withdrawals but never had a casino trying to justify this is normal procedure as if I don't understand that this is the way it all works. I have had 2 payouts yesterday that I requested 2 days ago. Still not convinced it will even be there within the 2 weeks. Hayho deep breaths
