This casino are a joke !

Take a look this text below are the mail i have sent them , 2-3 times ofcorse no respond have talke to live chat they dont care BETFRED are a joke and i dont understund how casinomeister can list this casino on Accredited Casinos not good at al how many other casino listed at Accredited Casinos are like BETFRED ? My advice are remove BETFRED from Accredited Casinos they should not be on this list !

Actually, from the figures that you have provided, the amount in your account should be around 1695Skr provided you havent started betting yet. You received three 50% match bonuses on your total deposits of 1130. So I am a bit baffled as to why you are stating that the correct amount should be 2273.79 or were you confused by your own maths. The 624.3 deficit you claim is missing is much nearer the mark though if you only have 1021.99 in your account.

You could try to get hold of the forum rep under the handle of Betfred by sending him a pm He visited this forum just 3 days ago. From my experience, they are very responsive and bonus issues are tackled in a fair and honest way.

It seems like some kind of mix-up here - sometimes this happens when the webpage hasnt been refreshed. Im sure someone from the casino will be able to sort it out here.

What annoys me though is people using thread titles like "Stay away from BetFred" or "XYZCasino are crooks" etc etc when they dont even know what happened yet! Even worse, they are accredited which means they should be shown a little more courtesy IMO.

Can one of the Mods please change the title?

Also, it seems like you have deposited three times in a row and claimed a bonus on each one - are you saying you didnt play each deposit to zero before you claimed another bonus? Just about every casino I know doesnt allow more than one bonus at a time. Would be good if you cleared this point up.

You dont have to put a ! after every sentence - it looks like you are yelling at everyone.

Playtech usually have sticky bonuses so maybe that has something to do with this?? Have you checked the cashier for all your transactions? It must show where the extra money went.

Nifty and I just want to provide assistance and a bit of advice. Meanwhile, courtesy is a 2-way thing. If you extend it to others, you can expect the same from them. Dont just go raving mad when you are being asked a couple of questions. You are here to request help to solve a bonus issue. I am sure this will be resolved satisfactorily. However, dont simply cry for removal of the casino from the accredited list just because you want to get your way. For a start, you should really start presenting things in a clearer manner.

Betfred has a rep here and I suggest you send them a "nice" personal message.

The correct(best way to get things solved) way to go with accredited casinos/sportsbooks are to contact their rep first.

A bit OT but I seriously feel sorry for you depositing there . Its probably 1 of the tightest and worst casinos I have ever played at in my life.

My total deposits for them was approaching the £500 mark. With not 1 single withdraw.

The games play tighter than any other playtech I have played at. the first few hundred pounds went in well under an hour. I was betting quite low on slots. Spin after spin after spin and I cant recall getting any bonuses, if they did the wins were that insignificant that I cant remember any. Pretty much all my spins bought nothing back. I remember betting 40p a spin and for the majority of it spins were winning a few pence if anything (maybe 1 or 2 payed £1 at most)

Then onto blackjack. £1 bets. I won 4 or so hands in a row. But then as soon as I increased the bet to £3+ it was like the odds had gone against me. I was dealt poor hand after poor hand.

With the final bits of my deposit I decided to play live blackjack but it just summed up my sessions. Didnt win 1 game of live BJ. I was actually dealt good hands (20's, 21's and BJ's) but for every BJ the dealer had the same, for every 21 the dealer had the same or BJ and was the same result when I had 20's.

The worst of it was when I asked for a free chip. About a week after I joined they were offering new players a £50 free chip (typical) but I did speak with support to ask about a free chip... afterall I had deposited a fair bit with no withdraws. They told me no. Then the manager also told me no.

It was only after I told them I wanted my account closed that they said they would credit me with a £10 free chip. I played it at lowest bets on slots... to no suprise it didnt win anything and I demanded my account to be closed for good after

I've actually done fairly well at Betfred and cashed out a couple of times. I have had days like sparkz too where it just seemed like every game was in suck mode. But it's not just them, unfortunately I've had days like that in every other casino I play at too - RTG, MG, Playtech, Intercasino, 3Dice...etc

I hear you - it's definitely always nicer to win in the first couple times, you get to see what the cashouts are like and it leaves you with a better feeling. I have to say my first cashout at Betfred left me with a warm fuzzy feeling, I got it in my Moneybookers account the very next day without that 4 day pending BS like most other Playtechs. My last few deposits there have been suck mode too, but at least I have good memories to keep me going there!

if you had a problem with the betfred website, payouts or there bad customer service there are several things you can do, since it seems there is no luck here.

go to www.gamblinggrumbles.com sign up and send all the information you have about the problem to steve there he will then help you solve the problem.

he helped me solve my problem where i get an error 1 please contact customer support then reload the game.

i sent the screenshot of the message and said i contacted customer service and get no reply i was the refunded £122 .

since then i have got the message again and have lost £4000 which i await refunding but have had £1125 refunded.
