Just need some advise on the betfred first deposit bonus? I put £200 deposit and got a £200 bonus all together £400. Now I lost £200 on day one and today won £280. Is it possible for me to draw out my £200 with out effecting the bonus . I still have a huge turn over to make but on my account screen it says .

Current Balance: £480
Total accepted bonuses: £200.00
Bonus winnings: £80.00
Total accepted bonuses and related winnings: £280.00
Can be withdrawn: £200.00

I have tried reading all the rules on the bonus from betfred but just not sure about taking out money even as you can see it says £200.00 can be withdrawn .

I would suggest you contact the support and ask them. If you already wagered on your bonus iam not sure if they will remove it and let you withdraw your deposit.

If you withdraw £200 your bonus balance of £280.00 will be forfeited.

"Withdrawing/transferring any funds out of your casino account before completing all of the required wagering will result in your bonus funds and winnings being voided."

yep thanks for the help ! In some ways i think withdrawing the £200 might be a better deal :D Got about £5,100.19 to still wager and that was out of £8,000.00 and don't for get a lost £200 in one day but i was betting about £2.00 a bet, now i have reduced it to lower but i have about 7 days left to complete it just feels alot of hard work and i still probably won't have money left .

I would confirm via email or livechat (and keep a record) that this information is indeed correct and you may withdraw. Also ask if there is a fee for a withdrawal. Some casinos reserve the right to ask for reimbursement for processing costs in some instances, or may have a fee for certain methods.

Be prepared to submit your ID and documents for verification before you will be paid.

Do you have "buyer's remorse" for depositing as much as $200, and have decided you can't afford to gamble it? I mean, you are in a much better position than you were when you began, with a $480 bankroll and 5K to wager than $400 and $8K to go. Is the bonus cashable when you finish wagering? That makes a big difference as to how good your position is.

You could continue gambling as long as you are above $400... I mean, you can choose to forfeit the bonus and winnings at any time. If you submit your documents now for verification, might be done by the time you are ready to withdraw.

Personally, I love playing slots, I wouldn't regard it as "hard work".

well I have a betfred account for horse racing already which is verified they offered my a bonus for there casino so I am hoping I don't need to do a verification again . It says in the rules "This bonus is non-redeemable and for play purposes only" So I take it only wins from the bonus can be withdrawn after the wager requirement ? I think i will keep going i had quite a lucky day. Originally when i put the money in i didnt read the rules and thought i could withdraw anyway some of the money was for rent but i guess ill see what happens now.

If the T&C's say that the bonus is non-redeemable and for play purposes only,it means that the bonus amount will be deducted from any withdrawal once wagering is completed. So if you ended up with a balance of £300 which you might think is a £100 profit on your original deposit, then you would in fact have made a loss of £100 as £200 will be deducted when you withdraw. As another poster has advised your safest course of action is to continue playing until your balance drops to £400 and then forfeit the remaining bonus balance but do check that no fees will be applied on any withdrawal.

I am really annoyed another email promotion where they don't pay as promised. >

That tells me that if i log in after 17.30 gmt time then the bonus money will be in account. But again no bonus funds or anything.

Went on livechat and had no clue. Asked if they could credit it now then? Sorry cant do as promotion department. Fine enough but not first time they make these promotions and dont pay so last time I spend any money on their site.
