BetCruise - BetVoyager REP Out There??

Hi All,

I am aware that BetVoyager is NOT in the accredited section.

I am wondering if their is a REP at all from BetVoyager that I can communicate with regarding my VERY SLOW payouts of late?

I have (2) payouts STILL pending from 18/07/2012 (168 hours now) and 11 others from 72, 96, and 120 hours STILL PENDING and no correspondence at all.

Does anyone else here play at BetVoyager? And if so, do they honor you with a 24 hour payout like they state in their T&C's??

I would appreciate the feedback.

But for the record we normally pay players within 24hours as we advertise on our terms and conditions. We seem to have an issue with the processor you are using at the moment, however we usually suggest for you to let us pay you using another method, so we do not encounter such a delay.

Since you had to post here at Casino Meister it seems we did not provide you good communication, I apologize for that.

Yes you are right, after 3 unreturned internal letters to management and finance, and after many unanswered calls to support, the meister was my last port of call.

I endevour to continue patronizing BetVoyager as I consider it to be a very reputable, highly likable and fair online casino.
