I'm really disappointed with Betat. I tried it after all the positive reviews on this site, yet my experience has been nothing but frustratingly poor. I was really hoping for a better experience because I'm selective with the casinos I trust and use regularly, and remain loyal to them, and since Betat had such a good reputation, I was hoping to add them to my 'regulars' list.

After numerous deposits (kept telling myself I'll give them one more try), all of them were burnt quicker than a blink of an eye, and the RTP did not move from 55-66%. Now I know you have good and bad runs as a player, but honestly, I have never experienced anything like this at any other casino I have played at. I did contact support about this, and they agreed that my RTP was exceptionally low considering the deposits I made and time I played there.

In saying this, the support has been good, and I was offered some $5 bonuses, but unfortunately these lasted as long as half a blink of an eye thanks to that ridiculous RTP. I even asked them to check if there was a system issue as I just couldn't buy a win or feature quite literally!

Just my honest account of my experience with Betat, and obviously they won't miss me as a customer, but I'm sad to say I don't see a future relationship considering the continually poor RTP I'm getting compared to Guts and Videoslots, which are my two regular casinos. I mean it wouldn't make sense to continually burn deposits here when I continually get wins at the other casinos playing the same games. Very strange.

I wish Betat well, and other players more luck there than I have had.

Hey Azzuri,sorry to hear you had some bad sessions.
But I can assure you this can happen at any casino as all game outcomes are generated at random and based on luck.
I can guarantee you that you can win or lose at any casino.
Besides that I had a good few great sessions at Betat and am overall in the +++ at this casino.
Also their CS and reps here on the website are dead on!

So just PM the casino rep / Igor82 and I am sure they will be more then happy to compensate your poor rtp at any given session!

You can't get much better in online gaming then Betat to be honest.

Thanks for the comments guys. Like I said, I was given a $5 comp a couple times, and its not that I don't appreciate the generous offer, but when your burning through $50/$100/$200 deposits, unfortunately $5 isn't going to stretch far, or last long enough to hopefully make an impact.

I'll never say never, but I'm just very hesitant to deposit there again and get further in the red. It's not as though I only deposited there once and have based these opinions on one poor session.

Can only say sorry for the rtp you got, ill second lotusch in saying that betat are like the diamond in the rough in terms of online casinos, they cant control outcome, no site can, for example my rtp at 3dice is probably worse than yours at betat but i wouldn't rate them a bad casino as i know the reviews they have and its just luck of the draw, for me personally betat are my number 1 casino, I just cant describe the feeling of awe i get at there customer support, the reps are fantastic and i like how im getting to know the supports by name ( 1-2 know me aswell hehe )

i suppose everyone's different, but my example of how good betat are at what they do is this, go back a while, betat only paid players in euros upon withdrawals, which was clear cut and fine, as a pound sterling player, when i made a massive withdrawel from betat i lost some fees that my BANK had taken, not the site, within 2 days betat explained they were in the process of switching processer to cover all currency's, ( and i can now say they pay in any currency you can think of with no fees ) They paid me the fees my bank had charged me, and not only that, when they sent the fees i was due, they then paid extra to cover the fees id take on that money! basically just to make one player happy, betat paid out of there own pocket.

to top that off, about 2-3 weeks later, i was told by email from the casino manager that they had now swapped processers and any withdrawel made would now credit me with pound sterling, the manager didnt have to do this, im one of thousands of satisfied customers at there site, but it goes to show the level of customer support this site offers, I like many am in posotive ++ from this casino, my rtp is pretty huge, and i genuinely believe betat are in somewhat happy for a winning player!

It may not do alot to convince you to keep playing there, but i would like to think that for all betat has done for me, i can do somthing back for them, and recommend them to anyone.

I agree that the service has been good, so no arguments there. I'll have to apologize Igor, I just looked at my history and my deposits are in the $50-$100 range, not $200 as first thought. I'm a regular depositor and player at other casinos and was swapping and changing between them whilst playing at betat so just got the deposits mixed up. I made a $200 deposit at guts and videoslots at the same time so sorry for the confusion. Had I had better luck at betat I would have made those other deposits with you rather than moving on, but was a little more conservative due to the run I was having.

While the request for a player holding ID is not standard, it's not unheard of either, and some casinos request it from everyone (Tropezia does).

It's cheap and easy to do, and beats the expense of providing notarized documents IMO.

best option is to speak to our payments department and start the line of communication. Players occasionally have difficulties with changing ways of the world and we usually accommodate up to a point. We also have regulatory demands which, although outdated, are unbreakable - until the regulation starts adopting to the changes in technology world-wide we try to find the best compromise to both sides of the coin.
